TITLE:-Cortical Sulci Model & Matching From 3D Brain Magnetic Resonance Image. The author has superimposed PET (Postion Emission Tomogrepy) image on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) & obtain high resolution for studying anatomical data of brain.

2. JOURNAL:-3D Digital Imaging & Modeling ,Fifth International Conference. DATE:-6 oct 2003. AUTHOR:- Aquerre et.al. TITLE:-3D -Animation Of Cerebral Activity Using Both Spatical & Temporal F-MRI Information. Author has developed F-MRI new imaging technique & superimposed F-MRI image on other imaging technique & obtain high resolution & definition anatomical image to easy study of brain.

3. JOURNAL:- Coputers Method In Biomechanics & Biomedical Engineering. DATE:-2006. AUTHOR :-Schmutz et.al. Development & validation of a virtual generic model (3D) of the femur using computer graphical methods. The generic model is from average contour of six CT image surface is obtained by comparing geometry at a point to point basis.

4. JOURNAL:-Medical Imaging ,IEEE. DATE:- February ,2008. AUTHOR:-Nakamoto et.al. TITLE:-Intraoperative Magnetic Tracker Calibration Using A Magneto Optic Hybrid Tracker For 3D Ultrasound Based Navigation In Laproscopic Surgery. The ultrasound 3D images are distorted by eletronic equipment so author has devised a system by which distortion can be minimised & also author has accurately superimposed the 3D-ultrasound reconstruction onto live endoscopic images.

5. JOURNAL:-Computers In Cardiology. DATE:- 13 september 2009. AUTHOR:-Ungvari et.al. TITLE:-Evaluation Of Spatial Changes Of The Cornary Morphology Due To Stent Implantation With ThreeDimensional Angiography. It is observsd that 3D-grometry of cornary artery changes due to stent implantation so author has study the degree of clecreance in cornary curve by comparing cornary curves of implant patient with segmented curve by 3D reconstruction & obtain the difference.

6. JOURNAL:-Advanced Technology For Enhancement Of Life. DATE:-22 July 2009. AUTHOR:- Iwashita Y et.al. The author has develop 3D model of organs by using various 2D ultrasound image of some organs. He devised technique & also develop a device to develop 3D image.

7. JOURNAL:-South East European Conference On Computational Mechanics Greece. DATE:-June 2009. AUTHOR:-Miroslav D., Trajahonic & et.al. Author has used morphological approach to develop the 3D distal femur model.Author has follows morphological characteristics of the real bone model hence more accurate. He took three reference pts. On condyles & draw various circles passes through pts & obtain highly accurate model having center of gravity matched with original bone red model.

8. JOURNAL:-IEEE. DATE:-2010. AUTHOR:-LI-MIN Dong & et.al. The author has devised & defined knee parameters & morphology of chinese population & prepare a standard chart showing all the geometric data & standard dimension on that chart which helps during operations.

File.no-9 Journal: 11th international scientific conference, Serbia Date: September, 2012 Author: Trojanovic M. and et.al Title: Reverse engineering of human fibula Author has adopted reverse engineering approach to develop human fibula model based on data obtained from CT and afterwards converts into polygonal model and stored in STL format.

File.no-10 Author: Nikola Vitkovic and et.al Title: The geometrical models of the human femur and its usage in applications for preoperative planning in orthopedics. Author has used two methods to develop 3d model. 1. parametric mesh model 2. descriptive XML model The purpose of polynomial model is to improve the preparation of orthopedic surgeries. The aim of XML model is used in exchange of mesh model obtained and used for preoperative planning.

File.no-11 Author: Mei Xiao and et.al Date: 2011 Author has developed 3D image from collecting around 1200 to 2400 CT 2D images. Author has then stocked all the 2d images and developed a 3D model by slicing certain set parameters.

File.no-12 Author: W.Sun and et.al Date: February 2005 Title: Bio-cad modeling and its application in computer aided tissue engineering.

File.no-13 Title: The geometric parameters measurement in computer aided knee replacement surgery system. In total knee anthroplasty the major problems are to realign the bone mechanical axis and soft tissue balance. The 3D model is obtained by visualization tool kit. Author has adopted pin picking algorithm to develop 3D model in which seven markers are stuck on femur and six on tibia and then the CT is taken.

File.no-14 Title: construction of 3D human distal femoral surface model using a 3D statistical Deformable model. Author has adopted statistical shape model (SSM) method to study human knee joint. But usually (SSM) uses only 2d images to develop 3D surfaces with 40 distal femoral model of human knee. But by adopting authors approach (SSM) is created using only 25 distal femur images taken in 45 degree direction. Then on comparison with 3D MRI images, the obtained 3D SSM model is found more efficient.

File.no-15 Title: Precision guided surgical navigation system using laser guided and 3D auto stereoscopic images overlay. Author has combined a laser guided technique with 3D auto stereoscopic image overlay technique. This method of superimposing surgical anatomical structure on animated images is called integral videography which can display geometrical auto stereoscopic images and produce motion without need of any special viewing device.

File.no-16 Title : Three dimensional display of heart and coronaries relating stenosis shape and severity of regional functions. Author has seen that if 3D dynamic model of beating heart including global layout or coronary tree and local shape of stenosed vessel can help in accessing several coronary related problems. The coronary tree is superimposed on the 3D shape of heart by using the anatomical markers of anterior and posterior interventicular grooves.
