    2. Delete External Utrancell in new RNC include delete external relation. Delete jika ada relati 3. Ultra edit Change/Replace iublink, locationAreaRef, routingAreaRef in undo utrancell script. 4. Create Utrancell to new RNC using undo utrancell script
    Truni cell_edit_SiteID.mo

    5. Reload cv after_rehome di NodeB 6. Delete Utrancell in old RNC include delete all relation 2G/3G.

    7. Create External Utrancell in old RNC. Create file contains cells

    8. Create relation 2G & 3G. Create internal relation in NEWRNC Create external relation in NEWRNC Create internal relation in OLDRNC Create external relation in OLDRNC
