Reflection.

Firstly, Thanks God for everything. This semester, English For Language Teachers (ELE 3103 ) subject is taught by Mr Thillai Rahman S. We were asked to finish the assignment according to coursework given in 0n 04th June 2012. We were required to collect and compile information from all related articles about this subject. So, I went to library to collect the information and find it in the internet. We also collect the information from articles and books. After we have done a few researches, we have to build concept maps and a few notes and summary regarding to the information compiled. The concept map has to be build based on our understanding regarding to the articles. From the articles, we have used the understanding and create own way to make a short notes and mind maps. From this activity, I have to learn how find the key words and understanding the question requirements. The topic was quiet general in very difficult to find articles related to the topic. So, it was depending on ourselves how to finish the task and make it quiet presentable. From this activity, I also have understood more and have gone deeper about the subject. This is because I have to understand the articles and acquire it before the mind map construction. So, I hope this knowledge could be used for examination and more in the future in being a good teacher. From task given, I able got new knowledge in nonverbal communication specially nonverbal cross culture in different country. This knowledge also very importance for me to apply it in my classroom because my pupils in classroom are different races and background. It able to helps me to manage my classroom. To complete this task I really faced big problems in communication. My

school located in rural areas its affected for me to completed this task on due the date. It is very difficult for me to find some articles that related to the task given, because its only depend the school library for search articles or book references that related to my task. My school net also has problem with it routes. Impossible to find articles from the internet. The nearest town to online is took four hours to drives and

the road also depends to the weather. I hope that my lecture to understood my difficulties to solve my problems. So, I try my best to complete this assignment. From here, we might see our strengths and weaknesses in teaching. So I really hope that I could improve my teaching skills and be more confident in order to be a good teacher. Even I have faced many problems while doing these tasks. I have managed to finish the assignment as well as I can. The problems faced such as misconception about the task, mechanical problem and many more. I also have to finish the task with other subject assignment. Therefore, I really have to manage my time properly and spent a few time for this assignment. I really felt grateful after my friends and I have finished the task given steps by step. Therefore, here I would like to thanks Mr Thillai, my fellow friends, also my teacher colleague for helps and guide. Without them, maybe I could not finish the task and fulfil acquirements.
