Instructions to the Candidate

1. If selected in the initial scrutiny, the candidate will have to appear for an entrance test followed by a technical interview at the University Campus on the date and time specified by the University. Notification will be sent to the candidate. 2. At the time of interview, the candidate should give a power point presentation to highlight the broad area of research, with specific research topic, substantiating with detailed literature survey with in-depth discussion on at least one relevant recent research paper / work. The focus of the presentation should be on justifying the new knowledge addition to the existing literature. 3. Curriculum Vitae of Guide and Co-Guide should be enclosed with the application. 4. Detailed research proposal with relevant literature survey must be enclosed. 5. If employed, No Objection Certificate from the employer is to be enclosed. 6. Incomplete applications / applications without required enclosures / applications without an approved Guides / Co-Guides recommendations will be summarily rejected and no enquiries will be entertained in this regard. 7. For the list of approved guides of our university / Fee particulars / Regulations / Other details, the university website www.kanchiuniv.ac.in/research may be referred.
