For more details, workplace safety is a priority. Much needs to be done to encourage employees, employers and industries to put occupational safety and health at the top of their agenda. The most important thing is our commitment in taking action; our commitment to make the necessary changes to ensure that safety is at the forefront of everyones thinking. The Journal of Occupational Safety and Health, (JOSH) the first to be published in Malaysia, aims to boost awareness on safety and health in the workplace. It is no longer sufficient to simply identifying the hazards and assessing the risks. We aim to increase understanding on the OSH management system.
