The definition of plant (lagi sesuai definition of safety and health kot) As an employer, it is your responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. A safety and health management system, or safety program, can help you focus your efforts at improving your work environment. Whatever you call it, your plan describes what the people in your organization do to prevent injuries and illnesses at your workplace. Your organization will have its own unique system, reflecting your way of doing business, the hazards of your work, and how you manage the safety and health of your employees:

If you manage a small business in a low-risk industry, your system may simply involve listening to your employees' concerns and responding to them. A large business in a hazardous industry may have notebooks full of written policies and procedures and a full-time safety director.

What's most important is that your system works for your organization. It's up to you to decide how best to operate a safe and healthy workplace, and to put your plan into practice. (importance/application of Plant Safety & Health) The Plant Safety & Health was organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and substances. It also includes training of personnel in accident prevention, accident response, emergency preparedness, and use of protective clothing and equipment.
Plant is defined in the OHS Act as including "any machinery, equipment or tool, and any component thereof". For more details, workplace safety is a priority. Much needs to be done to encourage employees, employers and industries to put occupational safety and health at the top of their agenda. The most important thing is our commitment in taking action; our commitment to make the necessary changes to ensure that safety is at the forefront of everyones thinking. The Journal of Occupational Safety and Health, (JOSH) the first to be published in Malaysia, aims to boost awareness on safety and health in the workplace. It is no longer sufficient to simply identifying the hazards and assessing the risks. We aim to increase understanding on the OSH management system. We aim to strengthen commitment to workplace safety and better working conditions. We believe these aims can be achieved through participations and involvement from every industry. For example, one of the company that I have observe which is Borcos Shipping SDN BHD in Malaysia which are relate to the oil and gas company. It is the Company's Policy to provide a healthy, safe and secure working environment. The company aspires to contribute positively towards the preservation of the environment in accordance with the relevant standards and guidelines that comply with national as well as international regulations.
