Dear Mr. A.U Pradeep Further to your acceptance of our offer letter issued to you, we are pleased to appoint you to the position of Unit Manager Bell Hotel, Chennai (Unit of Bell Hotels (P) Ltd.,) This letter sets out the terms and conditions of the new appointment. 1. Position Title & Reporting: Unit Manager - Reporting to the Vice President. 2. Duties: As per the Job Description which will be given to you upon your commencement of employment and is subject to such policy changes as may be introduced by the management from time to time. 3. Commencement of Employment: The commencement date of your employment is the date of your reporting to the Management on 29th October 2012. 4. Hours of Work: You will observe the normal hours of work that your position warrants for. You may be required to work any additional hours, the Management considers necessary to meet its business needs. 5. Remuneration: The Monthly Pay package, during the probation period will be: Basic Salary Other Allowances Gross Salary Rs. 16,250/- pm Rs. 8,750/- pm ----------------------Rs. 25,000 /- pm -----------------------

6. Probation: You will be on a probation period of six months, during which period your performance shall be assessed with KRA tools. Upon successful completion of the probation period with a score of 4 in a scale of 1 to 5, your services will be confirmed.

7. Provident Fund and Gratuity: You shall become eligible for Provident Fund and Gratuity as per rules applicable to the Organization. 8. Taxes: All taxes will be payable by you. 9. Food & Accommodation :

You will be entitled to company provided vegetarian food on-duty in staff Canteen & an allowance in lieu of the accommodation duly factored in your remuneration package as allowances. 10. Annual Leave: You will be entitled to privileges leave as per company policy. Annual leave, except in the case of sickness/injury, should be taken with least disruption to the operation and prior approval of your superior must be obtained. Annual leave entitlement will be governed by management policy. Outstanding annual leave may not be utilized for the period of notice of termination. 11. Severance; After signing this appointment and joining our organization, the employment can be severed / disengaged / terminated by either party. A) During the probation period, notice period for severance from the employment shall be fifteen days. B) Upon confirmation, notice period for severance from the employment shall be one month. 12. Confidentiality: You shall not disclose or utilize directly, or indirectly, other than on behalf of the management, its subsidiaries and Associated Companies, and will keep confidential both during your employment with the management and / or any subsidiary or associated company and thereafter, all confidential and proprietary information which may come to your knowledge concerning the business or affairs of the management and every such subsidiary or Associated Company and their respective customers, clients, principals and agents.

13. Deputation/Change/Transfer of Employment You are liable to be transferred / sent on deputation to any of our branches at the sole discretion of the Management depending upon your training needs. 14. Restrictions: During the term of this contract, you will not, directly or indirectly, whether as an employee, or otherwise, alone or in association with any person, firm, corporation, educational institution or any other business organization, carry on, or be engaged, concerned or take part in, or render services, or own, share earnings of any person, firm, corporation, educational institution, or any other business organization engaged anywhere, without the previous consent of the Management in writing. 15. Retirement: You will retire on attaining the age of 60 (sixty) years or on being declared medically unfit for services by the Organization Doctor. Should there be any changes to the above terms and conditions due to change in management policy or your personal circumstances, separate notification would be given to you by the management for your information and agreement. Dear Mr. A.U Pradeep, With reference to the proposed employment with us, in addition to thr monthly salary of Rs.25,000/gross, you are entitled to avail of the following reimbursement on monthly basis, upto a limit of Rs.6000/- towards House Rent Allowance and upto a limit of Rs.4000/- towards Conveyance Allowance. Uniform shall be laundered on company account. You will be provided with a Company CUG connection and instrument.
