Relaxing shower meditation

Hello I want to discuss a topic that I love to start my day out with, meditating in the shower. The idea of this exercise is to release tension that results from emotional stress so that you can manage your concerns more effectivelyand your spirit will feel empowered. As you do these meditations imagine the fears, worries and problems flowing away, out of your body, and down the drain. Let the warm pulsing beat of the stream untie the physical knots. Take deep cleansing breaths as your cares float awaypure rain falling upon you (Print this out and tape it up in your shower until you are able to internalize the process naturally) Ask the spirits of water to cleanse, consecrate and empower your body, mind and spirit in the name of healing. The first thing to do is to become conscious of your breath. Inhale and exhale. Inhale, feel the air fill your body, and exhale, feel your body release tension and stress. Feel the air fill your body, and feel your body release all that no longer serves. The next thing to do is to become aware of your physical body. If you need to adjust your position to be most comfortable do so now. Scan your body looking for areas of tension. Look for areas of concern; Areas that cause pain. Visualize the breath filling the problem area, and on the out breath, visualize all the tension and stress leaving your body. Starting from your crown feel the stress and tension melt away. Your forehead, your eyebrows, your eye, your cheeks, your jaw, your tongue, the back of your head and your neck. Feel the tension just melt away.
Over your shoulders, into your upper arms, down past your elbows, into your forearms, past your wrists, into your hands and fingers. Feel the energy flow through your crown, down your arms and out your hands. Immediately you should feel more relaxed, more at peace, and more in tune with yourself. Stay aware of your breathing. Now continue with the physical relaxation. The front of your chest, the back of your chest, your solar plexus, and your lower back, your stomach, your groin, your hips and upper legs. Feel the tension melt away. Over your thighs, to your knees, front and back. Your calf muscles and your ankles. Feel the flow of energy, flow smoothly from your crown, encompassing your arms and torso, legs and ankles, and finally your feet. Feel the energy flow freely from your toes. And while aware of your breath, you should now feel complete, relaxed, and in tune with yourself. From this position, we begin the guided meditation. So imagine stepping into your shower. But know this time, the shower is magical. The water comes out at the perfect temperature. Just stand there and feel the warm water run over you. Keep your breathing relaxed, so its nice and deep and slow. Now the warm water has now washed away all stress and all tension. Look down to your feet, and see all of your tension and stress simply be washed away. And now the water starts to change color. Firstly, the water turns into a beautiful vibrant red. The red water pours down and energizes you, right to your core. Just stand there a moment and feel yourself infused with the beautiful vibrant red. Now feel this color washing away all of your fears. Without any resistance, they are simply washed down the drain and taken away, its that easy. Release your fears to the warm red water. And you are now free from fear. And after a moment, the water start to change color again and this time becomes a brilliant shade of orange. Orange opens you to experience joy and allows you to release shame and guilt. Feel the orange wash over you. Feel the orange color wash through you, washing away all that no longer serves, making more space for joy. And then the water becomes a bright shade of yellow. Feel the yellow water cleanse emotional pain. Realize that some things are out of your control and you can best handle them when you are calm and collected. Feel your body strengthen and become more secure. Yellow clears the mind and invigorates the digestive system. Take a nice deep breath and feel the clarity within.
Now the water turns to a brilliant shade of green balancing and restoring the physical body. Green purifies the whole system, renewing your expression of love and forgiveness. Just as you love you are loved. Feel the green water open your heart to all the love you deserve. Know that you are connected to all. Then the water changes to a beautiful, cooling, magical blue. This blue enhances selfexpression, allowing you to speak your truth, the universal truth. Feel the blue all around you, allowing you to express yourself, according to your true-self. Tilt your head back so that the blue water falls right on your throat. Let the warm water relax all the muscles of your neck. Breathe in and out freely. The water changes again. It now changes to indigo and purple. Feel it land on your crown and wash all over you. Indigo and purple stimulates your own healing power and wisdom. Indigo stimulates your third eye and intuition, and purple increases your cosmic connection. Feel the calming influence of the velvet dark colors of indigo and purple. And finally, the water turns to a brilliant glowing white light. Feel it embrace you, warm and pure. This heavenly white takes away any pain and heals any hurt. It shows you the peace and joy within your own spirit. Take this moment to enjoy the white light that surrounds you, that fills you, that holds you secure. Enjoy how you feel. Enjoy being yourself. Know that you are perfect. And as you bathe in the white light, know that you are now cleansed inside and out, in body, mind and spirit. You are standing in peace and harmony, with yourself and the world, both physical and spiritual. So appreciate the last bit of this magical color shower. Take a few refreshing breaths before you turn off the taps and step out of the shower. As you towel yourself dry in your imagination feel your body. Feel that your muscles are relaxed. Feel that your energy has been revitalized. Feel that your spirits are fresh, your mind is clear, and you are looking forward to what is to come. Become conscious of your breath, and you have now been cleansed and invigorated. Wriggle your toes, wriggle your fingers. Adjust your position and slowly open your eyes. And welcome back.
Beholding of Knowledge and expressing it

Many of us behold Knowledge brought forth to use through lifelong experiences or material along with it by our Elders of any path to pass on and regenerate for the future generations. We work hard for our way through Life and to do the best we can with what we have and what we know gathering more information as we walk down that road. and In time some will get too know quite a bit from all this the one thing to not do is become egotistical over it or make your self to be some god. this is not what it's about gaining power for ourselves to benighn another .. no it is in unity that we try to share to make all equal in understanding and without expectations it is nice to be Thanked and if your not ..your higher source will .some just dont know how to show gratitude due to environment they are exposed to. We present an Idea that all have knowledge of some kind to help another even if is just a simple one line words of wisdom.. it can mean alot..but dont abuse your knowledge to become power over others .that is very wrong. for one you are influencing people with less knowledge that gain yoru trust and will take your word for it if it sounds good to them..dont take advantage of that person because they accept you.. and uppity attitude has no place for that. intent is wrong thus anything giving the intent in it is wrong. you have to present yourself with a positive aspect to present it properly with positive intent ..the sureness of doing right by them not you.. I have many come here thinking they are gods of info and treat others less who were just as knowledgable why? attention? recognition maybe a short come of some sort ..dono .. but we try to work with people and some things continue that hurt more then help and things have to be done. we maynot like it but it has to be done to keep proper intent in place for all and all of site.I give much props to all here with all their knowledge many i have learned from in the past that has helped me guide others as they came even if is a step further down the path..I may know a few things, sense things , but I dont put myself above others who try and do the same as I do.There is room for all and want more to express themselves and their knowledge freely if is to advance another through a progressive path. MM, I wear a pentacle proudly and am often asked if Im Jewish or a Satanist. Here we go again eh? Peoples ignorance amuses me! We know the points each represent an element. Air fire water and earth. However the top point represents Akasha and it encircles all life. Akasha is the great Mystery. What binds all things. Akasha to me is LOVE. Heres some info on Akasha. The Element of Spirit The Fifth Element - SpiritThe Fifth Element - Akasha - Spirit Akasha is a kind of super-element: the binding force between the other elements ( sounds like gluons from particle theory), or demi-goddess or, for that sake: if you want to look at it from a scientific point of view, a kind of black hole that emanates and absorbs energy/matter. Akasha is the fifth element, the binding part that runs through all matter, and it is also the collective unconscious of life-forms. The word itself is Persian/East Indian and means 'inner space'. There is a thing called the "akashic records" essentially this is an ethereal field of collective knowledge that may be accessed by those who train or have the natural ability to do so. Is it really possible to access the Akashic Records? To access this collective knowledge of all things past, present and future that existed in the divine? Into the portals of light

In the weeks that the little angel reside into the new world she discovered many new things. She really enjoyed all of it. She learned how to use the new tools to create things in the new world. But mostly she enjoyed being together again with her brothers and sisters and her Dragon. Since the moment she had learned how to send her own light outside in the world, many things were changed .She worked hard with others to make a light portal, which would combine their light and would emit to the old world. But she still worried about the many friends they have left behind in the old world. What would happen with them when the light tsunami on earth will though them? Sometimes she went for a while back to the old world, but she noticed that her old friends did not see or hear her anymore and that they still hide behind thick walls. The little angel felt often sad, she knew she could do nothing for them. She knew they had to break down their own walls first, but there are still too many people who were afraid because they didnt know what they would find on the others side of those walls. Sometimes she meet someone who was breaking through the wall, but when they saw her, they asked her for a map to the new world, they asked her to take them with her. . But if the little angel told them that the only map there was only can be found in their own hearts, they turned around and began to setup a new wall The little Angel enjoyed it to work with the new colors and see what impact they had on the energy fields around her. She enjoyed it to make new elixirs, to discover that she could do with the new flowers she had discovered. She enjoyed just be able to move around freely without the limitations of the physical body. Sometimes she saw new Angels come in were still surrounded by demonic energies, or who were connected with the energy vampires from the old world. The little angel helped them to understand that they keep these energies instant and feed them with their own fears of the unknown in the new world. The energy vampires only affect them when they stay focused on the influence on them, and make them more important than their self. The new angels learned how they could stop it by not longer feeding the demons and vampires with fears, doubts or uncertainty, but to take back their own birthright The right of confidence, happiness, joy and love.
More and more light portals were created and directed .to the old Earth. It brought chaos because the human did not understand why things happens so quickly. And they felt so much different. It brought changes in the environment, because it began to increase its own frequency which manifest themselves in various natural disasters. Many see these events as signs of the end of the earth, but it will only be an end as many know them. Because with every shift is a new part of the new earth visible. Since there are already many of the portals have opened in the last year, the little angel feels more at home again on the earth. As long as she has been waiting for the moment both worlds would be one, and they could start creating the new world. For many centuries she had only to plant seeds in all different timelines that they had visited, and now she saw that these seeds were finally coming true. Things change quickly in her new world, and she recognized more and more things. No longer was it necessary for her to travel in her inner world to feel at home, also in the outside world, she felt finally home. What they always have the inner and outer world has known was now in the form of a new wereld.Op some looks she and her Dragon her back to the many trips they made in the past and the worlds where they then were. The first world that she remembered was the world of colors and music. Words did not exist then, and they communicated with each other by sending their own colors and music. Through thoughts and feelings they could influence these colors and musical notes, and if it brought together manifested themselves what they focused on. But at that time they were unaware that in this way they also created other worlds and worlds existing change. The world of creation, was a world she had forgotten in all their journeys. The world where everything begins. A world where feelings along with the mind, and where the creation is taking shape. The world where all life began, where all forms started before they were manifested on earth in a physical form. The world of words and mirrors was always the hardest world for the little angel. It was difficult to understand the meaning that others gave to the shapes they saw to understand. It was hard to understand that all forms seen as separate from each other. It was difficult to understand that in the mirrors are not themselves recognized, but thought it was something outside itself existed. The earth is the little angel a world that consists of many dimensions, worlds that exist in other worlds, separated by a large number of walls of beliefs, words, emotions and thoughts. It is a world in which much was lost on who and what we really are. A world where we have forgotten how we create our own reality, and how we can use the power of creation. A world where we have this strength and power away to others and let them decide how our reality will look.The little angel and her Dragon often look back at all the personalities that they have ever been in the many lives they have been on the earth. They look back to the roles they played, the exchange with each other and with others. And just what is really deep in their heart they take with them to their new home in this new world. Mistranslated bible quotes / Thou shall not suffer a witch to live

Merry Meet friends, In my last post I brought to attention the word Warlock. I thank you for all the replies. Now then, how many of you have had a well meaning Christian point out the Exodus passage..thou shall not suffer a witch to live". Where did THAT come from we wonder. What exactly are they trying to say? I've never known weather to be offended or mildly surprized at their ignorance. So what does the scripture actually mean? Where does it come from? What can we say in our defense to this ACCUSATION? Heres an article that may serve us with information. We cannot afford to be ..like a Christian bible quoter..misinformed or ignorant. The word witch carries a lot of connotations in this modern, diverse world. Especially since the new age movement of the 1960s, which gave us both Wicca and the Satanic Bible, the word witch has come to refer to a practitioner of an Earth centric, pagan, typically positive faith. A pretty far cry from the devil-worshiping hags and the horror stories put on record at the Salem Witch Trials and at hundreds of trials before that during the European witch craze. But the word witch is almost universally female, with the word warlock typically being used to refer to men. For the explanation of why that is, you're going to have to go back to Exodus 22:18 in the King James Bible. "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." That one quote, which shows up this way in the 1500s when the KJB was first put together, reflects the views of Christianity at the time. The Inquisition had been going on for more than a century, and the witch hunter's handbook the Malleus Maleficarum had already become one of the first international best sellers thanks to Gutenberg's printing press. Thousands had been tried and put to death in witch trials, and fear of any contact with someone who might be a witch hadn't yet faded from the populace. In fact it wouldn't be till the close of the 1500s that witch trials became a thing of the past. So despite other biblical translations reading the word as sorceress or woman that practices magic, the word witch has firmly settled into this quote in most people's minds.
Here's where things get hinky with the language. Obviously just as Jesus was a dark skinned Middle Eastern Jew, the Bible was originally written in Hebrew rather than English. The Hebrew was translated to Greek or Latin, and then into German by Martin Luther. English translations came later of course. As anyone who knows a foreign language can tell you, some ideas, words and concepts simply do not cross over well from one language to another. It's why the idea of Lucifer as a fallen angel exists, even though it's nothing more than a translation error. In fact even in the most painstakingly crafted translations, errors can result in very different meanings. Exodus 22:18 is one such example. According to Reginald Scot, who wrote a book on this subject in 1580, the word we know as witch was actually chasapah in the original language. The translation of this word was poorly done, according to Scot, who states that chasapah in Latin in Veneficium which can be a poisoner or one who practices witchcraft. Ignoring that poison is a genuine problem in that period in time, let's say that evil witchcraft was in fact the original goal. In Latin the term used rather than Veneficium is maleficos, which is a gender neutral term for witch. However when it was translated to German the word became Die Zuberinnen. This made the word witch a female term, though it was written in the margin that this could apply equally to a male. But the damage was done. After Luther's Bible the notion that witches could be male was paid some attention, but it was generally ignored since the word witch or soreceress was so clearly female in the text. That and because those who became witches were supposed to have sexual consort with the devil, and no one had manufactured the biblical case against homosexuality just yet. It was the same way that the idea of poisoning was also thrown aside as a potential translation, and of course as a crime that could be proven. The mistake had become the norm, and that norm was used to persecute women and to feed into the idea that women were somehow a lesser sex that was more base, carnal and prone to corruption by the devil. And all of that fed into the fears of a changing culture as the Middle Ages slipped into the Renaissance and the church needed a new bad guy to maintain power. Witches, plague spreaders and demon summoners, were just amorphous enough to stir up a terrified population in the wake of the Black Death, and that fear lasted for several centuries more as the panic spread in ripples from Germany and out into the various corners of the Christian world before, finally, burning itself out.
Animal totem horse

Horse is a very devoted totem indeed. Ask anyone who owns a horse or is around horse alot. They are quite the animal indeed. I watched a movie a few weeks back called "warhorse" I recommend it cause it shows us the mighty Spirit of a horse and the willingness of people working together.

Horse Travel, power, spiritual and physical stamina, freedom, persuasiveness, increase clairvoyance, awareness of cooperation and communication abilities, time to move on if you feel stuck, teaches how to go in new directions with freedom and the power to face life and overcoming obstacles with grace. Your journey will take you in new directions. Horse teaches the power to allow and awaken your freedom in movement and will clarify the path in which to take. Do you need to break from current confinements and restrictions? Pay attention to what the individual breed is saying to you.
Knowing the Innerself

If you wish to know then be who you are then you may have to look at the world about you from a different perspective. One must see and experience the darkness in order to know and appreciate the light. Dropping the many cloaks of lies and self deception so that you may truly see the light that lies all around you, to see within yourself, to see the true spirit light you truly are. Touch yourself, feel yourself, know yourself, then be yourself. There are as many colors within the range of human emotions, feelings, and perceptions as there are in the spectrum of visible light. The number of possible outcomes is without counting. This is why it is important to look at the world with reference to who you truly are to yourself and find the true you, the one without guile or error, your inner self. You might need to feel all of the colors that you can possibly feel to learn what you need to know, and like many other things in this imperfect world, certain combinations can hurt a lot when embraced. You will learn to quickly let go of what does not serve you well. Once you have made up your mind and have determined who you are, you will have found the inner self. Then you can go forth in pride without fear or uncertainty as to who you are. If you have looked at yourself as mentioned above there will be no room for uncertainty in your spiritual walk or journey. Always come from the purest part of the heart of your true self. Walking the spiritual path is not the easiest to walk, but it has many wonderful benefits, not the least among which are a good self-image, and self esteem and the strength and knowledge and experience you may bring to others. Being an equal to others who may shine their light for those on the lower rungs of the ladder to follow. To be strong and to continue to shine your light no mater even when you should find yourself in the middle of the battlefield of life, you must keep the light of hope alive within yourself.. Such is what you would call the road to enlightenment. One must know the darkness in order to see and appreciate the light. Body, Mind, And Spirit

All our power lies in both mind and body. -- Sallust Crispus Addiction affects every part of our being--physical, spiritual, and emotional. In the early glow of recovery, we often forget the physical part, as though our bodies don't matter as much as the rest of us. But sobriety doesn't end at the neck; our spirit and emotions can't get to meetings without our bodies. During addiction, we neglected and abused our physical selves. Now that we're in recovery, our bodies need care and repair. A balanced diet is important every day to rebuild bones and nerves and for energy and strength. Exercise strengthens our muscles, improves our endurance, and brings a great feeling of well-being. It also helps relive stress and tension. And some of us cut back on or eliminate caffeine and nicotine to help soothe jangled nerves and improve our sleep. All these changes pay big dividends. It's hard for our spirit and emotions to prosper when we neglect our bodies. But with some loving care, we'll feel better, look better, and work a better program. Today help me remember how important my body is. Let me give my physical being the respect and care it deserves.
Wisdom found in Silence

With enough focus and attention your answers will always be revealed dear ones when your concentration is completely undivided, coupled with endless patience. How it is you learn what is needed, what it is you are meant to accomplish, how you will connect, even to meditate will always be answered when you take the time to fully focus on those areas by seeking your answers from within. Understand dear ones unquestionably ALL is derived from Unity and ALL leads back to Unity. Therefore; knowledge of Unity is an essential part of your Wisdom and the Unity is the very nature and definition of an All-Inclusive outcome. The best part dear ones is that your Self is to be included - NEVER excluded. As we speak about concentrated focus, if you apply your attention even upon your Self for a long enough duration you will be rewarded as you will discover more of your own inner secrets which will open doors to discover even more of your Whole Self. And when you know your Whole Self, you are also knowing God as He is always a part of you. When you think in conventional terms you are thinking linearly, yet when you are thinking within a concurrent manner this is demonstrating wisdom as concurrent thinking is manufactured out of Wisdom and not always is this kind of thinking happening during conventional linear style thinking. Linear styled thinking is easily understood when spoken in terms of healing: before a doctor can heal others, they must be able to heal themselves first before they can move on to heal others in need. And this description is easily applied in all areas of your journey. Many teach within certain areas when they themselves have not completed that phase of their journey. Each of you are both teacher and student and you are always encouraged to help those that you can within the areas you have mastered and to go with caution into areas where you have not; let your heart guide you each time because through your heart, God will direct you onto the best course of action each time so listen closely dear ones because when He speaks its very gently. All information you are being swarmed in all has value yet without practical application it serves little purpose. Wisdom is gained from the knowledge you discover through daily application. Within each of you dear ones is an unmistakable power that provides you with the ability to comprehend and process what it is you are trying to understand. For some dear souls, their ability to understand comes in and out like the tide, yet with others the level of understanding steadily increases as they learn to let go of hidden fears and move forward in full trust, faith and with love that God is always with them where they require no reminders because they have an Inner Knowing that Gods love will light their way.
When you consciously apply the focus to understand you come to realize that when you comprehend a specific subject or discussion you also understand the knowledge of the inevitable outcome and its accomplishment. When you comprehend dear ones, you are telling your whole self that you completely understand, you are not merely nodding your head in agreement but your heart and soul moves in agreement of this accomplished knowledge. This is how one brings ones Self into mastery of a certain character or skill, they not only understand what is needed, they comprehend the entirety of the complete picture knowing already exactly what is entailed, which completes the process of understanding and comprehension. The ability to accomplish anything fully is from having thought the entire process all the way from beginning to end. When you KNOW dear ones the knowledge you have so far gathered is incomplete, you stepping over the threshold of wisdom. You are becoming more observant. When you go through various processes to pursue the completion of this knowledge you applying the action of wisdom and you can see this. When you KNOW the knowledge you have gathered and sought is complete which also includes applying this knowledge practically you are embodying wisdom. When you practically apply wisdom, you are illustrating an understanding that all issues are wisdom issues and when applying with wisdom to one issue you are learning not just solving the issue. Remember dear ones problems and issues come to you teaching the blessedness of the wisdom required to solve those issues. When we drop all opposing concepts, balance the Ego and choose to always live through your love-filled heart, you will discover there really is no problem or issue to solve. We have observed many among you that are clearly wizened and what we see is these dear old souls even though they give much of themselves they rarely disclose anything more than what a certain circumstance or situation requires of them. They know exactly when to step in and quickly understands the temperament of those around them and who has sought their wizened capabilities. They have not received any special training other than the guidance of their heart which is a clear demonstration of God guiding their path and journey. They have learned through trial and error through their own experiences and from solving any issues along the way through contemplation and patient understanding. Over time dear ones after just watching and listening keenly you will be able to discern another dear souls intentions and possible motives. Yet we encourage each of you to always keep an open mind because as you know those around you have been known to surprise you when you are expecting a certain reaction. It is understood dear ones that your thoughts and intentions that stem from the heart are ALWAYS delivered through your mouth even if you try to cover up these heart-felt words, they always have a way of coming out.
Silence can be one of the greatest gifts for those that have reached a wizened state. Their silence can speak volumes. We ask you dear ones to seek one you know to be wise and without asking, ask for their help. The response of silence that you may receive has as much to teach you as the words that he or she may disclose. Remember dear ones, when you do seek council from another, they are only providing you with what they feel or think you should do. They are not accountable for the choices you make. Look deeply within before you seek the wisdom of others and remember they are only helping, you are the one in charge doing the choosing. When applying the wisdom from the knowledge you have learned, bringing faith as a cooperative ingredient will only benefit your experience. Without faith in your endeavours they will not flourish in the way you wish for them to. When you look upon your entire journey, not only the spiritual aspect you will discover Faith is not something you have but it is something you are part of. When Faith is involved, you have an innate awareness and an attunement to the presence of God in your daily experiences and challenges. Just like any area of a relationship, Faith requires practice. It requires time, patience and attention. Through the application of Faith, you will learn to see, hear, feel and continuously remember what it is you are aiming to achieve through the connection you have with God who is also your partner in life. As you become more comfortable with applying Faith to all your daily practices your confidence in the relationship you have with God will also become more viable. Even when you are in the middle of a doubtful moment, your Faith will help see you through. Trust in your faith. Your real challenge to the strength of your faith is not doubt but in resisting God. If your heart is hard dear ones it is not open to the sacredness of His healing Love and Light. Through your beautiful heart, God comes to you in open arms and guides you to the deeper self of your total person. It is understood that issues will come to test your faith, but remember ALL will pass and it is important to find strength in the knowing that there is a Great Power within you and this Sacred Powerful Source never left you He never will. Dragon Song Twas a night of awe and magic Every dragon--one and all Had gathered by the sea to fly ... And answer instinct's call. Living for this moment

Each moment of our lives is imbued with richness and magic. The passage from one second to the next is a miracle in its own right and worthy of being savored. Yet our minds tend to wander away from the present, preferring the unchangeable nature of the past or the nebulous character of the future. There is nothing inherently wrong with revisiting our personal histories or dreaming about what we hope will occur with the passage of time. To live a truly balanced life is to simultaneously embody a past, present, and future self. It is only when our ability to exist purely in the moment is lost and the joys immediately in front of us are overshadowed by the joys of the past and future that we must reestablish our connection to the present. Living in the moment empowers you to discover and appreciate what is beautiful about this unique moment in time.
Our lives are so complex and full that we tend to focus on the big picture rather than on the minute details that make up the picture. Individual moments are lost among the day's clutter, and we are overwhelmed by the burdens, tasks, and responsibilities we must face. To cope, we spend much of our time recalling the bliss the past held or anticipating the blessings the future will bring. However, while life is often demanding and hectic, it is nonetheless made up of immeasurable moments that each carry the potential to delight. A consciousness fixed in the present exists in a state of optimal sensitivity. It responds to life as it comes, reveling in the pleasures of the moment and then gladly letting that moment go.
Grounding yourself in the present is simply a matter of practice. Breathing and moving consciously increases your awareness of how you occupy space from moment to moment. Focusing on life's little joys and relishing everything you do will help you learn to focus wholeheartedly on the task at hand. Living in the moment means immersing yourself fully in every experience, whether positive or negative. As you learn to embrace the present in an all-encompassing way, you will come to realize that life's magnificence is a product of its moments.
Spring Has Sprung, So Have My Poor Aching Muscles

Manual labor is good for a body. And I am so pleased that Spring finally arrived. I have spent the last few weeks doing the intensive but necessary chores of cleanup of winter debris, begin the mowing of 6 acres and my preparation to grow things. I am happy, my stamina is better than it was three weeks ago but some of my muscles are aching! So one rainy day I made myself a batch of Cayenne Salve. I love this stuff. I put it on my back, my shoulders, my knees and even around my ankles. It doesn't have a sharp burn or odor like the store bought Gels and Salves for muscle aches. Cayenne pepper salve has a slower, subtle yet very effective heat. It gently eases the inflammation pain nerve ending by nerve ending. It will cause burning if you accidently rub your eyes before washing hands..(ugh found out the hard way)...
Here is how you make it: This is not my recipe but one that I obtained from Mountain Rose Herbal Site. Cayenne Salve 1/2 cup olive oil Two heaping teaspoons of cayenne powder (or 15 grams). (Just pick this up at the market if you don't have any.) 1/2 ounce of beeswax (Available at Mountain Rose Herbs, along with cayenne) Double boiler (I used a heat resistant bowl resting on a pot of simmering water) Cheesecloth (Available in supermarkets.) Begin by infusing the cayenne into the olive oil over a double burner. I heat the oil and cayenne until it is warm, turn off the heat and let it sit (warmly) for about 20 minutes, then turn the heat on again. I do this for at least one hour to a couple of hours, you could do it for 24 hours if desired. Once the cayenne and olive oil have been infused, strain off the powder through a cheesecloth. Reserve the infused oil. Heat the beeswax until it is melted. Stir in the infused oil until the beeswax and oil have been thoroughly melted together and combined. Immediately pour this mixture into jars or tins. (Makes roughly 4 ounces). Let it cool and then label it. Using your cayenne salve This cayenne salve can be used on aches and pains, from sore muscles and joints to bruises and even nerve pain. It is best for closed wounds and may sting a bit on open wounds. Even on closed skin you may feel a bit of burning or heat in the area where it is used. It should be applied externally only and used within 6 months for the best results. If using it for arthritic pain it may take up to a week or two to see results. In this case you want to use it daily to decrease chronic pain. Caution: When cayenne comes in contact with your mucosal membranes or eyes it will burn! Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after touching cayenne or use gloves to apply the salve to the desired area. If you are using the cayenne salve on your hands, consider applying it at night and then sleeping with gloves on.
Dandelion season
If your anything like me youll have dozens of dandelions in your grass. Here in Kamloops they are everywhere. I love the little buggers but I also love my yard. So heres a recipe to rid yourself of this fella!

Spray weeds thoroughly. 1/2 gallon for around $6.40 Works better than Round Up - kills weeds on 1st application. The Dawn dish soap strips the weed of its protective oils so the vinegar can work with deadly force. Safe to use a yard used by pets

This is something that can be misunderstood as many think they are awake and yet they are still partly asleep as well.You are asleep if you are still attaching yourself to certain realities, be it the earth realities or any other reality out there within your universe or beyond. To move beyond any of these attachments is what real awakening represents. Many are in a way blinded by the light as we would call it, and yes this includes many light workers as well.The light that you see as humans within your spiritual reality is part of this created reality. To move beyond attachments is also to move beyond the light that you worship as the one thing, the most important thing you can be. We use the word worship, as this in a way explains what you experience and belief. Worshipping false idols is not only about something outside of you, it also includes everything within you. In a way you are worshipping the light within you, the light that you see as being you. In many ways your beliefs have changed from worshipping a god outside of you into worshipping the god inside of you. Yes it is hard to belief, it is hard to admit, but when you think about it you will see that in a way you are worshipping what you are. So many times messages actually mention this to you, you are so powerful, you are divine, and you are amazing beings of light. You are not the tiny little human, the one ant amongst billions of others, no, you are all special, and you are these amazing great divine beings, source beings, powerful beyond your imagination. Yes, especially you as light workers, the awakened ones, you are different, you have seen the light, you are looking within searching for the truth, you are the divine beings, you know you are divine source beings. As many more messengers appear there is something we would like to talk about as it becomes more important to realize what and who you are. Many messages are explaining your divinity, your mastery and how amazing you are as beings of light, the great creators. Much of this is making you all feel better about yourself as the 3D world is still very much there to deal with. On earth you are one of the billions that are divine, that are amazing and creators just like you, when you look even further you are one of the trillions maybe even more of the divine beings and creators. Too many are starting to see themselves in a way as special. When in your history have you had enlightened ones that would use these descriptions for themselves? In fact many would not recognize most of the enlightened ones as these enlightened ones would not use any of these descriptions or would want to be seen as any of these descriptions. Even within your own being, how many parts of your being would see themselves as divine, amazing and so forth? From a human point of view your higher being is amazing and divine, but from your higher being point of view everyone is equal. There is no label to qualify each being as each being has come from the same source. This is why we want you to be aware of this and not let the labels given to you get to your head. To avoid the part where you start to think about yourself as more or less than others.

We also want you to be aware that many are seeing themselves and the world outside of the human world as amazingly beautiful, creating a fantasy around the reality of the spiritual world. The spiritual world is just as much a space of learning as your physical world, in some ways it might be easier as you will be able to see the energies in the spiritual world, in other ways just as difficult as there are just as many choices to make as in your physical world, maybe in a way even more as you have to deal with the energies of trillions of people instead of billions. Being aware of the traps that have been laid out before you is necessary to take the next step of being a creator. As being a creator takes place on the human level at this time, even though some parts of your being are involved and are guiding you. The same question that so many have asked can also be asked of your higher being, those higher parts of you, especially what you call the god-self or source-self. Many have asked this question, if there is a god, a creator, a source being, why is this all happening to us, why didn't this being interfere, take care of us. So why didn't any other parts of you step in earlier? Why did they let you muddle on lifetime after lifetime, why weren't you even aware of these parts of you, why didn't they step forward sooner? Now suddenly some of them are here, some of the messages are from the so called god-self, source and more and they are telling you how much they love you, that nothing is real, they are your divine parts, you are divine and they will take care of you from now on. The question is why now? You are at a time of change and it is time to get to know all these parts of you, but you have to keep in mind that many of these parts have not actually been involved in your human life for many lifetimes, and their experience with human life is limited. The whole reason for getting to know them is to bring them into the human reality, not to give your energy and heart to those higher parts of your being, but for those higher parts of your being to bring their energies to you. To assist you in becoming a full source being upon earth. This is why we have talked about false idols, worshipping false idols, even the ones within your own being. Being aware that in a way you might see them as divine, as more than what you are right now, but in the great scope of understanding you are all the same. No one is in reality divine, or not divine, you are all born from the same source and many of you are the first ones to become full source beings upon earth. This is no way means that you are better or worse, it only means that you made that choice to be the first ones at one point, many will follow and this is where the earth reality will really change. Invoking the Angels

Most people think of angels as ethereal beings, dressed in white, diaphanous gowns, with gossamer wings and shiny halos. Nothing could be further from the truth. Angels are very real, but they have no physical substance. They are pure intelligence, and their energy is the energy of the cosmos. In Kabbalah, which is the mystical doctrine of Judaism, angels are said to be emanations from the Godhead, who created them to carry out his divine plan. They are known as the Malachim, the Creator's messengers, and the ones in charge of the delicate balance of the universe. For that reason they are equated with the universal laws, which they rule and sustain. Everything that exists is the result of the interplay of several physical laws, all of which are angels. From the tiniest grain of sand to the awesome power of the human mind, we can perceive the subtle work of angels. They are everywhere and control every material thing, and their intelligence and power transcend human imagination. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam have all endeavored to identify the angels, and several of the medieval sages even placed them in celestial hierarchies known as Choirs and Angelic Orders. The most accepted Christian authority is Pseudo-Dyonisius, who lived in the Sixth Century. He grouped the angels in three Orders of three Choirs each. The three choirs of the First Order, and the highest in the angel hierarchy, are the Seraphim, the Cherubim, and the Thrones. The three Choirs of the Second Order are the Dominions, the Virtues, and the Powers. And the three Choirs of the Third order are the Principalities, the Archangels, and the Angels. The Kabbalah gives Hebrew names to the Choirs and groups them differently, but it agrees basically in the description of the angels. The Kabbalah, however, lists a tenth Choir, known as the Ishim, or the souls of saints. The reason why there is a tenth Choir in the Kabbalah is that each Choir is associated with one of the ten spheres of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, which is a representation of the entire created universe. There are myriad angels in each Choir, numbering billions of these celestial beings. But there are also the Sarim, which are the Angelic Princes, who rule each of the Choirs. These are the best known angels, the ones with whom we are most familiar. Here we will only refer to the highest of these, the ten Sarim or Princes of the Tree of Life,each of whom is said to rule a different human endeavor. These exalted angels are Metraton, Raziel, Cassiel, Zadkiel, Kamael, Raphael, Anael, Michael, Gabriel, and Sandalphon. We must also consider Uriel, who is the Sar who rules the earth element.
Of these ten angels, the ones who are invoked most frequently for help in our human affairs are the angels of the four elements: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel. Michael rules the fire element and the south; Gabriel rules the water element and the west; Raphael rules the air element and the east; and Uriel rules the earth element and the north. Also very popular in angel magic are Sadkiel, who rules abundance and prosperity; Anael, who rules love; Kamael, who rules war and strife; and Cassiel, who rules inheritances, businesses, and real state matters. Michael is invoked to attain power and success; Raphael for health issues, books, and studies; Uriel for money matters; and Gabriel for family matters and travels. It is always important to remember that angels have only the powers conferred upon them by the Creator. One cannot invoke Michael in love matters because that is not what he rules, nor Gabriel in health problems because he has no power in those situations. Furthermore, it is easier to contact an angel on the days and hours that he rules. The colors and the attributes of each angel must be used during the invocation to empower the petition. Do this on the day and at one of the four hours ruled by the angel. Burn some of his incense and light two candles of the color associated with him.
Purify the area by sprinkling salt water around its perimeter, and trace a circle in the air from east to east to protect the ritual. To do this place your thumb between the index and middle fingers of the right hand; this gesture is known as a ficca and is used to seal a circle. Point the ficca towards the east and turn around slowly, tracing an imaginary circle that ends back in the east. Now you are ready to contact the angel. Open your arms wide while facing the east and say a simple invocation like the one that follows: "I invoke you in this your day and hour, most glorious and exalted Prince of the Heavenly Court (mention the chosen angel's name) to come to my aid in the situation I am facing (mention the situation). I ask this in the name of our most beloved Creator, our Lord and King of the universe, having full confidence in his love and his compassion. Please accept and bless my humble offerings and help me in the solution of this problem. May the eternal light be with you always. Amen." Now you may proceed to eat the bread roll and drink the wine. Vanish the circle by repeating the motion with the ficca from east to east. Gather the angel attributes and keep them safe, as they are a point of contact with the angel. Repeat the ritual seven times, always conducting it on the angel's day and one of his hours. It is important to remember that all angel invocations must be conducted when the moon is waxing, that is, between New Moon and Full Moon. Angel invocations are very powerful and
New life..letting go in order to grow

My dear friends, we love you so very much. While many of you celebrate the season of spring, the season of Passover, and the season of Easter, we celebrate each and every resurrection of love within you! We celebrate each and every bit of light that blossoms in your heart. We celebrate the magnificent acts of love that you think are so tiny and so insignificant each and every day. There is no such thing as a "small" act of love, dear ones. In our eyes each act of love is a glorious ray of sunshine penetrating even the darkest recesses of the human heart! In our eyes, every act of kindness is cause for celebration in the heavens! In our eyes, every time you choose to acknowledge the good within yourselves, we see and celebrate the unfolding expansion of your hearts. Now is the perfect time to look at your life and say to yourselves,"What must die within me to give birth to the life I want to live?" Do you need to give up thoughts of lack in order to resurrect abundance? Do you want to give up statements of self-deprecation in order to resurrect love? Do you need to release the clutter in your house to bring new order and life to your life? Celebrate! It is the season of letting go in order to grow! The snows must recede to give birth to the flowers. The dead branches in your yards must be trimmed to resurrect your plants. Decorations from the holidays have been tidied up and put away to make room for new celebrations. Why not take advantage of the energies that always come to you at this time of year and ride the waves of release, relief, and renewal? What habits, which thoughts, what stuff, what situations, patterns, policies, etc. must you release in order to bring new life to your life. Ask yourself this, "If I were already living the life I want, what would no longer be a part of that life." Be honest with yourselves. To fill voids with positive energy where needed. upon request enlightin any with information givin to you to utilize in the all purpose.. If is questionable seek another , as we all have a different purposes and sometimes may combine a few efforts in doing our jobs. do not put yourself in an environment unprotected by any means no matter the tended purpose present to you..use your gift of acknowledging energy presence and intent. If is unsolvable then issue remains to the one due to their own journey or Karma presence. We are very limited in our intents purpose and offering.. offer , suggest and then end. Offer refused , end If offer or help is givin dismiss expectations of any return do not allow ego to get in the way.it is a defense mechanism when needed but not required. Give your message as givin to you by your higher sources or equivalent to your ideas in offering. Dont Expect anything, no gifts or gratitude till your job is done on Earth ..this saves you from feeling inadequate when you give your best .. remember we work for the higher source too improve life on Earth and some on Earth cannot recognize or know how to appreciate due to their mind set or state of being.
Although shown gratitude is rewarding dont always expect .and in that we stay in the clear of our purpose and intent..its not for self but a higher purpose and is why some of us are here . a job to be done. Some are Observers to see and feel the energy that is present to be sent back recorded as events unwind or occur and is instantly transmuted for purpose of correction.. Some are energy sources if not both or all .. that reflect the higher source energy around them with no other purpose or expectations other then but to just be the light in an area. even unbeknowing for many. our jobs are not very hard once we learn to utilize them and entrust in our higher sources , Guides and spirits and utilize them as well they love to work.. I use to be the type who tried to do without asking but am told many times use them is what they do is their job in this.. From what I observed is not a good one to report in over all but will continue with my purpose as this can be smoke screen for the improvement to reach all. In many I have seen intent meant well but give up so easily over little of no cause..but just no patience. expectations too high. even being around chaotic energy too fill the void and thats not good for many. our work It is very constrained and constrictive but for good reasons..and in the clarity you get a basic fundamental picture of whats going on in Observation. when you start from Basic common values to a chaotic purpose .. and this is where I wasn't impressed when so many want ..but can not follow through due to lack of initiation in purpose but is on them at same time and in the free will constitution. when I say impressed . pretend your on another planet where everyone is nice to each other, no war but progression learning and schooling building. some will say negative needs to exist ..I never agreed with that it is choice preference too allow room to sway either way when possible. if intent fell through is an escape route from solid intent and purpose.. you have a choice to be angry or not ..to have a choice to yell at someone or speak in calm matter its all in choice..
and if one wants a peaceful world they have to present themselves with that energy toward others. now some of us have our ways due to being of different plains and realms..but are very effective in our purpose and intent highly so. Once you get beyond the plain of negative energy allowing it room then you can have peace for all and all can work together.. do not mistake preference with ego and vanity preference, wants, desires, impatience. This is very hard. many have tried very hard but gave in and fell off was just too much .. but that is ok is always one there to help them and take their place when need..even unknowing to the knowing..just way it is. negative wants many too lose hope and give up is how it wins or tries to with many. when so many give energy to some thing bad happening over something good happening..I would say 70% of the population do this.. The numbers are way against us but we have the Divine source to take on anything just takes time. I am one of a kind as with many others in this, and very hard to understand sometimes but is reasons for that even beyond my acknowledgment but do understand.. and do not expect others to read and understand but some will.. or agree with some or all or part..whatever calls to them in their purpose and use. Example have givin a site with drama free a chance for all just to get along and enjoy being around another ..no drama no agro.. and again I see more on a site with drama then here shows me the over all ..around the world in preference..or solid intent.. and this is why I am moving on to continue my adopted Lightworker aspect in which I understand more. Willow and Gunner few others have done so good and worked hard to keep the messages coming and was not missed and is recognized .. even by the Higher sources. There is no quick fix to a Lightworkers purpose and we understand that even as much we know is needed but allot is due to conflictive energies in some intents confusing the progression state. and we must continue with even a few.

I have hid in the shadows for a very good purpose and is not easy when you feel you can rip the fabric of the matrix and reveal what is not to be revealed but with high enough Universal intelligence its possible.. but for our work as observer we play the common role to explore and understand and then find ways too fix. but again people must want to be sincere in truly wanting that.. not sure many could handle just a peace loving earth to help others progress doesnt satisfy their own wants and needs.. I will try to do more messages and they will get clearer as they come..this is a basic observance message to Lightworkers but not the whole explanation in detail.. and I would like more true Lightworkers to join the site too help out..not the GFOL idolized type..no but those who know themselves they are gifted with this purpose. May I have eyes as sharp as yours, so I am able to see truth and hope on the path I have chosen. Guide my step and give me courage to walk the circle of my life with honesty and dignity. Spirit keeper of the South, Wolf, Be with me. Help me to remember to love and feel compassion for all mankind. Help me to walk my path with joy and love for myself, for others, for the four legged, the winged ones, the plants and all creation upon Mother Earth. Being still at night **** There was a time when my brother and I lived in a poorly run and poorly kept foster home. There were all sorts of farm animals that came in the house and there were rats everywhere. These people were not nice and we were very low on their lists of priorities. We were kept in an attic room, away from the sights of our gaurdians. One night a ball of fire appeared outside the attic rooms window. It spun like a bright sun and Randy and I both felt its heat and ......its love. We knew it would protect us, like a gaurdian of sorts. Shortly thereafter Randy and I were removed from this place and sent to nicer people who would foster us. Im writing this because what we saw was real and neither Randy or I will ever forget that night.... An Eskimo Legend Somewhere in the village, there was a room full of children who never ceased to make a ruckus as night fell, Grandma Kipo said as she held one of her grandchildren in her lap. Seated on the floor, the other grandchildren closed in at her feet, straining their ears to hear her tell the same story at the campsite. All was still outside the tent, the river making its rippling sound about 30-feet away. We were up the river, it was summer, and there was food gathering to be done. "All the children were making a lot of noise, hollering, running, and the night was near," she said. "It was getting dark outside and it was time to sleep, but these children didn't mind their parents. They played on." The parents were on a hunting trip, and Grandma Kipo had to take care of the children, which is what many grandparents did in the old days. "All of as sudden, the door of the house flew open and a ball of fire hit the walls," she almost whispered in Inupiaq. "All of the children grew frantic and they all cowered in one corner." The children moved closer at her feet, all wanting to be held. "The ball of fire bounced from one corner to another, and the children cried out and they hugged each other because they were scared," she went on. "That ball of fire broke through the door because the children didn't listen to their parents when they were told it was time to go to sleep." The children took their rightful places on the floor of the tent, and remained silent until they fell fast asleep.

Hospitals Hospitals really bother us a lot. We are exposed to them at many levels in our own lives and through media and entertainment. Whether you are the patient or the visitor, no one wants to be there. Yet to dream of a hospital is not uncommon. As often as not, hospital dreams have little to do with sickness. However, in many hospital dreams, we have good reason to be there. They break down into dreams involving the emergency room, general care, intensive care, being unable to leave, and receiving nonsensical treatment in them. Emergency room dreams have more to do with the well-being of significant persons and relationships than the emergency room itself. Many times, people involved in emergency room dreams are worried (excessively) about the people coming to see them or the person they are going to see in the hospital. General care dreams reflect our sense of needing or being needed by others. Differentiated from the above dream, general care dreams do not reflect a crisis-level anxiety, but more of a dependent lifestyle. The relationship in a hospital is a one-way flow from care-giver to patient. This is a picture of dependence. Intensive care is a place of danger and, at times, release. We all understand that the really sick people are there. It may be that you are needing to let a person go, especially the chronically ill. It may also be a place that reminds you of someone who has already passed. Being unwilling to leave the hospital may show that you are ambivalent about facing the world independently. For the nuisance that the hospital is, it is also a place of intense care and support. The nature of your illness may be a metaphor for the aspect of your life where extra care and support are needed. Receiving nonsensical care in the hospital is often a way of working out or illuminating unbalanced needs or demands in life. Everybody is paying attention to something you feel is unworthy of notice. Or, conversely, nobody will treat you for what you perceive to be the true problem. This can be truly funny if, for example, you acquire a large growth that strikes you as perfectly normal, but concerns others. It may become an object of obsession for numerous doctors, some of whom you may recognize as a boss from work, a romantic partner,
a peer from some sort of leisure pursuit, etc. The darker version of this is feeling genuinely ill and being unable to receive treatment for it. Hotels Hotels are great places. A cheap hotel is the epitome of tackiness and indecency, while a nice hotel is the picture of elegance, wealth, and romance. To dream of a hotel usually brings you to one of these two poles of awareness. Either you are hiding-out of guilt or adultery-or you are basking in the power of wealth or romance. A third option may come from how connected you feel to the world. If the hotel is a residential or transient hotel, you may feel insecure about your economic condition or the relationships that govern your life. Do you have or find a room, or is there No Vacancy? Your feelings of inclusion, separation, or identification with others may be connected to the hotel event in the dream. Canyon Being in a canyon, abyss, chasm, or pit shows the dreamer as being somewhat trapped. However, in some settings, this kind of experience may lead to a place of initiation and transition. It may just be a place of beauty and rest for others. The Grand Canyon is a favored spot for many people who dream about it long after visiting. In this regard, the canyon is just a staging ground for other relationship transactions in the dream (for example, the peace provided from vacations or from experiencing natural beauty). Zodiac The Zodiac may come into dreams in numerous ways. If you are a fan of astrology in waking life, dreams of the zodiac often reflect your desire for fuller understanding of the world. Each Sign, such as Cancer, Leo and Pisces, has stereotypical meaning to illustrate various facets of life and personality traits. Think about the zodiac symbol and the gems, numbers and other elements associated with it. When dreams of reading astrology occur, you are often trying to categorize events of your life according to your understanding of what will be best for you. Do you come across signs of the Zodiac on your own in the dream or are they presented to you by someone else? Who is that person? If it's a stranger, try to figure out who in your life they best represent.
Choking Choking is a physical event in sleep for many people who suffer from sleep apnea. The tongue relaxes against the airway in deep sleep, actually stopping normal breathing. However, people who suffer from apnea do not dream of choking more than others. Choking may be a symbolic revulsion dream or a deprivation dream. Are you choking on food or being forcibly strangled? The source of the food or the food itself may be a symbol for a revulsion you feel in waking life. If you are choking on a hot dog, Dr. Freud will see you momentarily. If someone is choking you, why? It may be that either you threaten them or they are depriving you of what you need to be effective in the home, workplace, or other setting. Lost Feeling Many times, life feels like a journey. Not surprisingly, in dreamland, the journey becomes confused. This may be a simple reflection of a dream that did not make sense or a dream story that did not seem to go anywhere. However, there are two ways to become lost, both of which say a lot about how we view ourselves in waking. First is being lost because you have choices and lack the ability to know which one to make. This may include dreams of driving a car, mall dreams, amusement park dreams, or other dreams where opportunities become uncertain. The other version of feeling lost is isolation, or a sense that motion is not leading to progress. Which image of feeling lost most accurately conveys your awareness in the dream? If you are lost due to choices, you may be at a point in life where you are unsure of what you want. This may include vocational, relationship, or personal values that seem up-forgrabs. It may also reflect an inability to see where a particular choice will take you if you make it. If you are lost due to motion that does not lead to progress, you may be pretty ambivalent about whether your waking life is meaningful. Your ability to feel effective in life is being compromised in some area that needs a little examination. Circles and Rings Circles and rings are archetypal symbols. They can manifest themselves as circular rooms, the magic circles of shaman or other soothsayers, circus rings, or even circular driveways. While circles are usually positive dream symbols, it is important to note the characters that accompany them and the emotions that surround them.
Did you experience the circular object yourself, or watch others doing so? Was the circle broken or complete? Zoo Zoo dreams are often similar to museum dreams. The actual content of the zoo may be true to life, or it may contain some nonsense inhabitants such as co-workers, past romantic interests or relatives. You may also be a display, rather than an observer. If others are on display, you may feel as though these people need to be confined or that they draw too much attention to themselves. If you are on display, you may feel that your life is somehow abnormal and on display for others to observe and critique. Do you feel as though others keep you on-display or caged-in? Perhaps you are uncomfortable with a particular sense of notoriety you have attained. Still, a dream that takes place in a zoo may have to do with ecological concerns, memories of childhood or a sense of adventure. Skeleton The skeleton is a universal symbol of depletion, death, and secrets. Likewise, in dreams, it can appear in a variety of ways and reveal a variety of things. To discern an appropriate meaning requires examination of the context, and your reaction to the skeleton in the context it appeared. The depletion scenario often occurs when skeletons are animated-their somewhat taunting presence will seem to exasperate you. Where are you when you find these animated skeletons? Combining the bones with the emotional image of the office, home, or a relative's home will indicate a facet of life where you feel as though someone or something is sucking you dry. Interestingly, you may not be afraid of these skeletons and possibly may even enjoy them, intuitively realizing that you are related to them and don't mind being their benefactor. (In spite of the fact that you do not want to end up like them!) Death scenarios are contrasted to the above by the complete lack of animation. Often, there is more fear associated with the discovery of the bones as well. Upon discovery, did you know whose bones they were and how they came to be there? These dream discoveries may offer insight into a person (or yourself) who is being symbolically killed by their circumstances. This death may be either emotional or physical.
Secrets, or skeletons in the closet, is the last scenario. Bones of this nature often appear in very inappropriate situations, but don't often generate much reaction among the dream characters. People know there are bones around, but they are not discussed in the dream. By assessing who is in the dream when the bones are found, insights can be drawn about the relationships and loose ends surrounding the person(s). If you are hiding something in waking life, the skeleton bones may appear in your dream in plain sight of some significant other in your life. The fact that that dream character doesn't seem to notice your skeletons is the handiwork of your unconscious protecting you. However, such a dream image may be a warning signal that you either need to be more careful about exposing a vice, or cut it out of your life completely. Fox The fox is a predator of great cunning and wiles. As such, to dream about the fox is to see oneself as either possessing or being victimized by such attributes. The focus on this symbol should be your sense of fear or kinship toward the fox. Whether you like or dislike the fox will determine the representation of the world and your relationships in it. If the fox is an adversary, the object that the fox is trying to take from you may be revealing. A fox appearing in your dream should indicate that the qualities you most associate with a fox are somewhere at play in your life; either by you against someone else, or by someone else against you. Is there someone else in the presence of the fox that shares its qualities? Is there another person in the dream who seems to be approaching you with caution?
Numbers
Numbers have many means of access into dreams. The most common is through objects. For example, sometimes you have stones in your hand. Another time, a stranger may give you stones. How many stones does the stranger give you? Another means of access to numbers is through time. This time could be generalized in that it feels like about one hour. You may look at a digital watch and see an exact time, maybe even a nonsense time. It may be a particular date. In any case, the occurrence of numbers in dreams is an interesting study. While numerology is a field of study in itself, there are general conclusions that can be drawn about dream numbers that may be helpful. First, you need to ascertain how the number got into your head in relationship to the dream. Adding the digits together and discerning a difference between numbers, squares, and cubes is another way to handle numbers in dreams. Our minds are capable of pretty tricky internal math, given the chance. The problem with math and waking life is that able minds are talked out of successful math efforts due to common misconceptions and other illogical fears.
The study of numerology is a good complement to your dream interpretations, especially if numbers come up often. Old Man or Old Woman These are archetypal figures of wisdom or spiritual power in dreams. For many people, the role of the father or mother has been lost in society through either divorce, workaholism, or some other emotional dysfunction. The psyche is prone to look for versions of this loss wherever it can create them, even out of the self. Often times, these characters personify and validate an internal source of wisdom that has been written off by the psyche. It may be that you are confronted with a problem that escapes solution because of the most conscious worldview you ascribe to. However, another means of problem-solving that you view as old-fashioned may be effective. The wisdom figure in your dream is trying to teach you this truth. Do you fear or disdain either your lineage or the prospects of your own aging? Are you ambivalent about the purported wisdom of your elders concerning life choices you are now facing? Are you looking for or missing some wisdom that would aid your life-quest? Rings (jewelry or magic) Rings may be symbols of covenant or commitment, as in marriage. Often rings of this type reflect our deepest desires to make or receive commitment from others or in regard to a particular task. Rings with magical vibrations may be about acquiring supernatural powers. Rings of magic drawn on the ground, such as medicine rings or crop circles, may have more to do with protection, as the ring is often the limits to which evil may approach. In dreams of this nature, you may be anxious that circumstances are pressing too hard upon you and feel that you need an intercessor. Did you create or find the ring? Do you feel any sense of control over it? Is there a ring that someone else is using to gain power over you? Amusement Parks and Carnivals
As settings for dreams, these are ambiguous places. It seems as though amusement parks often include elements that we consider to be the best and worst in life. Many of us have enjoyed these places tremendously, but have also seen, smelled, or actually experienced the consequences of overdoing it: vomiting. Carnivals also include a very wonderful or frightening collection of personalities. These personalities may intimidate us at times. Sometimes the fright comes from a figure we love, such as a parent who doesn't really enjoy the carnival, but endures it for the children. Eventually, the illusion of the idyllic family outing is transformed to an angry scene. Who are you with in the carnival and how do you experience the time there? Finally, carnivals are full of out-of-control experiences. Being out of control can be ecstatic and wonderful. In these instances it may remind us of a sexual experience. However, it can be terrifying to people with fairly rigid waking boundaries. Spinning and riding fast are two chaos images often associated with carnivals. Ferris wheels reflect times to remove oneself from the midway to a quieter perspective, unless one is afraid of heights. In what way are the rides metaphors for your life? In other words, how is your life like a rollercoaster, merry-go-round, or other central feature of the park? Perhaps there is a ride pronouncedly missing that you want to experience but cannotwhat is that a metaphor of and why do you desire it so? Mountains The mountains can be a place of majesty, danger, or ritual sacred land. You may just like being in the mountains and dream of them for that reason. They may make you feel good about nature, rebirth, and being alive. Also, the mountains may be a something to cross alone-either by choice or because you find yourself there for some unclear reason. You will want to consider who said good-bye when the journey started, why you left, and what you expected to encounter in the mountains of your dreams. The mountaintop experience has long been a idiomatic expression for the best life has to offer. Are you searching for or unable to attain a particular success in waking life, or do you feel you have ascended to that height in a particular area? Fences Fences may be symbols of personal separation in a negative sense, or protection in a positive one. These meanings are often derived from specifically who the fence is separating us from. If you can discern a feeling about what may happen if the fence were traversed (would it be better or worse), that may tell the role the fence is playing in the dream.
Fences can also be a source of boundary. This is true if there is a sense that the fence cannot be traversed. What are the boundaries of your life in relationship to other characters in your dream? Perhaps you want to change those boundaries and move a relationship in a new direction. If you are alone at your fence, perhaps you need to or are protecting yourself from others more or excessively. Archetypes An archetype is a way of seeing oneself in a dream experience. Many people dream at one time or another of doing something heroic. We all know what a heroic action is by a sort of mystic human understanding of goodness and sacrifice. This mystic understanding is the archetype-the event of being a hero is an archetype experience. There are many archetypes in life. Carl Jung formulated these out of his studies of human beings and mythologies around the world. In many ethnic and religious backgrounds, there are myths that embody the ultimate version of various archetype experiences. An example of a hero myth may be Hercules or Sinbad. We are prone to see ourselves as archetypal figures at transition points in our lives. Change generally brings about anxiety and self-reflection. Going from education to the work force, singlehood to marriage, or childless to parent are some archetypal transitions. Journey The longer one's life, the more apparent it becomes that life is not a destination, but rather a journey of searching for meaning, understanding, and ultimately happiness. While we don't necessarily characterize our dreams as journeys, there is a sense in which our waking journey is sometimes affected by our most powerful or memorable dreams. Many dreams include needing to travel from A to B before progress is made in completing the dream task. Many times, this traveling is the challenge. The elements may be uncooperative or contrary. Traveling machines may be magically powerful or nonsensical and unreliable. Sometimes, we are simply walking across a field, down a road, up a hill, through the forest, or along the cliffs on our journey. The environment around us along the way can be familiar, strange, friendly, anxiety-ridden, and a host of other possibilities. The purpose of the traveling and the companions along the way can be significant. The journey is often a symbol for trying to find what is needed to bring life into equilibrium. This is the task of finding one's place in the universe. It could also be characterized as the archetypal search for the most authentic self. In either of these metaphors,
there is the idea that our souls tend to be a little restless at times. The journey is the task of finding out what the soul needs to quiet that restlessness. In waking life, this is played out by the I need a change feeling that crops up every now and then. The process of individuating yourself from the expectations and influences of others conjures feelings along these lines. In dreaming, we often travel alone, leaving others behind by choice or necessity, to find what our next task is. Along the way, who we meet and what we partake in may reveal much about where our individual struggle is in the waking, conscious self. We may encounter strangers with whom there is an adversarial relationship or a romantic one. We may encounter mystical strangers who unlock unknown powers within us or withdraw particular powers from us. In either case, the journey is our personal goal, and how we experience others during the process says much about the relationships of our waking world. Is your destination known to others, or held in confidence? Do others invite you to accompany them, vice versa, or are you on a solitary trip? Can others direct you, or are you traveling to an unknown place? Answers to these questions influence the meaning of the dream in your life. Children Children are fascinating characters in dreams because they reflect so honestly our own thoughts and feelings. Children are often afraid of what is worth being feared, have deeply held senses of right and wrong and show reckless abandon in both likes and dislikes. To dream of being befriended by a child can be a complex event. If you know the child in waking and dreaming, this may reflect a wish-fulfillment or projection. If you do not know the child from your waking life, he or she may be a reflection of yourself at a particular time in your past. The main puzzle piece to discern is the nature of your activity and relationship with the child. Parenting a child can also be a simple wish-fulfillment dream or something more complex. Parenting a child may be a way that your brain is working out some difficulty in your own relationship to your parents or another relationship of responsibility. Parenting can also be a power projection dream. There may be a relationship in your life where you feel out of control and want to bring it back under control. Since most of us have felt our parents exert emotional power toward us at different times, we are now doing likewise in the dream relationship. The converse of this is dreaming of yourself as the child while other figures from your life exert power in different areas. You may have dreamt that you were playing dress-up in the office and your co-workers were all regular adult figures. In waking, you may in fact experience them as more powerful than yourself or even excessively powerful.
Pros and cons of mountain top mining. A total disregard for the environment.
The much needed fossil, coal is mined from a variety of different places all over the United States. It comes from many different types of landscapes, and a number of various machines are used to help mine it from the ground. However, there is one place where coal is mined that many people may not know about. This place is the mountain top. Mountaintop mining has been around for a long time, and it continues to excite those who find the industry appealing. Mountaintop mining is essentially known as mountaintop removal mining. It is also called valley fill coal mining or strip mining on steroids. Here's what happens. The summit or summit ridge of a mountain is mined. Miners remove the soil line above the coal. After the coal is taken out, miners put the soil back on top of the mountain, hill or ridge which gives the mountain back its original contours and physical appearance. While there are many pros to mountain top mining, there are also many cons. For instance, mountaintop mining has significant impacts on the environment. It can annihilate entire echo systems and change many of the most biologically diverse forests. Mountaintop removal can transform these forests into barren landscapes; void a characteristic such as trees, grass, and animal life. Many times the industry uses giant machines that take out the layers of coal but then dump the soil in a place other than the mountain top. This creates what are called valley fills. Some companies have buried miles and miles of streams that were biologically crucial to the mountain environment. The companies that mine the coal are supposed to recover the land they have stripped. However many times the mountain tops lay barren. Sometimes, there is an attempt to replant vegetation. However all too often the mountaintop is never again the same. One would think this type of mining would create more jobs in the industry. However many times dynamite or large machines are used. So not many coal miners are really needed for this type of coal mining. Dynamite is much cheaper than people. Therefore, a whole lot of jobs are not created.Furthermore, many times mining companies force people out of their homes who live near or on the mountaintop range. These people are bought out so that the big trucks and machines can come in and start mining. People are also driven out of their dwellings because of all the dust and debris the machines create. This type of mining wreaks havoc on the environment and the people who live around these sites.However, essentially coal is a resource the United States continues to need so mountain top mining is an actual way to get this resource to help fuel our economy and electricity requirements. Hopefully, sometime in the future technology will advance and researchers will find a way to extract coal from mountain top valleys without destroying the environment. Healthy thoughts
I SILENCE OLD NEGATIVE MESSAGES AND REPLACE THEM WITH HEALTHY THOUGHTS. My beliefs affect my life. When my energy is expended on negative thoughts, I get the same old negative results. I have a very decided part in achieving the changes that I desire. I must silence the negative beliefs that have no bearing on my life today. If old thoughts of anxiety or shame enter my thinking, I can silence them with soothing voices of my healthy adult self. Self-talk can be a useful tool for me. For positive changes to occur, it is not enough to wish that my life were different. If I don't keep on thinking in accord with the progress I have made, I do not get good results. Today I will concentrate upon the very things I would like to see taking place in my life. I will not allow old mental habits to erode the changes I desire. SHARING OUR GRATITUDE (NA) Sharing Our Gratitude "My gratitude speaks when I care and when I share with others the NA way." Gratitude Prayer The longer we stay clean, the more we experience feelings of gratitude for our recovery. These feelings of gratitude aren't limited to particular gifts like new friends or the ability to be employed. More frequently, they arise from the overall sense of joy we feel in our new lives. These feelings are enhanced by our certainty of the course our lives would have taken if it weren't for the miracle we've experienced in Narcotics Anonymous. These feelings are so all-encompassing, so wondrous, and sometimes so overwhelming that we often can't find words for them. We sometimes openly weep with happiness while sharing in a meeting, yet we grope for words to express what we are feeling. We want so badly to convey to newcomers the gratitude we feel, but it seems that our language lacks the superlatives to describe it.When we share with tears in our eyes, when we choke up and can't talk at allthese are the times when our gratitude speaks most clearly. We share our gratitude directly from our hearts; with their hearts, others hear and understand. Our gratitude speaks eloquently, though our words may not. Just for today: My gratitude has a voice of its own; when it speaks, the heart understands. Today, I will share my gratitude with others, whether I can find the words or not.

I wanted people to know they are more then welcome and encouraged to add discussions and guestions a like to this site. be it in blogs ,groups, or forums the more knowledge shared the better. This Site is about sharing and working together to make are knowledge grow. To invite your friends to the Enchanted Forest go to the INVITE TAB at the top of the page. You can INVITE all your friends from either your hotmail, gmail or yahoo account by simply entering your email address and password from your messenger account then click IMPORT ADDRESS BOOK this will list all your messenger account countacts select all the contacts you wish to INVITE then select SEND. To INVITE your friends by EMAIL simply select enter EMAIL ADDRESS and enter the person you wish to INVITE emails address (Separate multiple addresses with commas). And SEND its that SIMPLE !!
