The courts have imposed a 3 year Anti-Social Behaviour Order.

If you think you have seen Eastham breaching his ASBO please tell us. We promise to act fast on what you tell us about him or any others who act in an antisocial way. We will offer the support you need to help us bring offenders to court.

Alan Eastham is prohibited from:

Acting in an anti-social manner that causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as himself within the City or Preston. Examples are (but not limited to) the use of foul and abusive language or the use of threatening or intimidating language and behaviour. Associating with Brandon Clitheroe (15) and Luke Killeen (15) in a public place. Associating with Adam Killeen (15) in a public place, save and except for when at the Preston Vocational Centre, St Paul's Road, Preston. Associating with Rory Reneghan (16) in a public place, save and except for when attending Larches School, Preston. Associating with Gary Hampson (13) in a public place, save and except for when at NACRO premises and when attending NACRO organised activities. Entering the area marked in blue on map on the reverse of this leaflet except for travelling along the route marked clearly marked in red to and from his home address on Bowland Road, Preston, without stopping or loitering at any point.
