Introduction
UMAC Partnership Scheme 2012
is an exclusive partnership plan that instills continuous

collaborations between sponsors and University of Malaya Accounting Club (UMAC). It combines two major UMAC annual events which are Accounting Camp 2012 and Accounting Night 2012, with UMAC Career Day as a sub-event. Being one of the partners under UMAC Partnership Scheme, you would be recognized as one of our respectful supporters. By just offering one single amount, you are eligible to benefit from two different events.

UMAC Career Day 2012 intended to enhance the linkage between UM accounting, business and
economy undergraduates and their future employers. It provides a chance for closer interaction with corporate people, by having face to face conversation and in deep discussion with sponsors. This is the time where attendees can perform their best in order to secure their future employment in desired company.

Accounting Camp 2012 is an event that brings out a lively and adventurous atmosphere among UM
accounting undergraduates. It is meant to provide memorable experiences and lessons to further enhance UMAC-ians life. The 3 days 2 nights camp is designed to impart essential values such as team work, leadership, and determination to participants. This year, our theme is Step Out of the Norm in accordance with the importance of being out of the box as a competitive employee. Hence, we would like to have the camp culminated in possession of unique mindsets by participants. On the other hand, Accounting Night 2012 targets 200 participants mainly on the penultimate and final year accounting undergraduates in order to provide them a memorable farewell party at the end of their studies. It serves as a springboard for the accounting undergraduates from University of Malaya to interact and communicate with people from the corporate world, professional bodies, lecturers as well as supportive facultys management. In a whole, we received feedbacks from the participants and organizing committees saying that they gained remarkable experiences, made new friends and learned skills from Accounting Camp 2011 and Accounting Night 2011. These compliments do motivate us a lot in preparing for the upcoming Accounting Camp and Accounting Night.
