Drill Rules

With small cones you mark an area (circle) with a diameter of about 15 metres (depends on the quality and the size of the group). Outside this circle (about 5-10 metres) you put larger cones (the number of players minus 1) The players dribble in the marked area. They should all be moving. On a sign (e.g. a whistle) they should dribble as fast as possible to a large cone. The player who does not has a cone, has to leave the game. In the next round there is one large cone less. In the end there will be only two players left for the big final. Which player will become the 'Dribbling King'? When 2 players has left the game, they can play a small match. First 1 versus 1, then 2 versus 1, 2 versus 2, etcetera. Every player who has to leave the game enters the match play. The first player who has to leave the game can juggle.

Drill Rules

Make three teams of 5 players: Team A, B and C. First Team A plays against Team B. Team C is the neutral team and plays with the team that has possession of the ball. 4 players of Team C are on a line at the side of the field, 1 player of Team C can move freely. Team A and B can use the neutral players, but this in not obliged. When the ball goes out of bounds, we always restart play at the keeper. If, for example, Team A shoots the ball out of play, the goalkeeper of Team B restarts play with a new ball. After 3-5 minutes a new match will be played. Then we will, for example, play Team A against Team C and will Team B be the neutral team. This way we will play 6 matches. The goalkeepers always stay at the same goal.

Drill 7

: About 10 minutes
Drill Rules

Two teams of 5 players. Two neutral players who are positioned on a line between two cones and they are always with the team that has possession. Both teams try to keep possession of the ball as long as they can, when they have the ball. Both teams can use the two neutral players when they have the ball. One of the neutral players can be the goalkeeper.
