Your Opportunity Informatica is looking for an energetic Technical Delivery Manager to join our highly motivated team of IT-Enterprise Data Management (EDM) professionals to manage and deliver the technical aspects of our enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and master data management, including data modeling, ETL development, and data quality. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development team in our Bangalore, India office and will work closely with EDM team in US, as well as other team members to support and evolve Informaticas data management solutions. You will have the opportunity to expand your technology portfolio at a very fast pace and implement the latest Informatica products while working with SAAS-based and on-premise systems. Not only will you be part of a highly dynamic team executing on the data and information needs of the organization, you will also play a key role in helping define future product roadmaps, and supporting the sales and marketing cycles by demonstrating our customers quintessential uses for our products. Along with the rest of the Enterprise Data Management team, you will be Informaticas #1 Customer and you will share these experiences with all levels and departments within Informatica. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Enterprise Data Management and based in Bangalore, India, you will be a key member of a high impact IT organization of 140 people who are aligned in several geographically dispersed centers in over 25 countries that support an employee base of over 2,800 people. Your Responsibilities As a Technical Delivery Manager and member of the Enterprise Data Management team, your role will be to: Lead the design and implementation of next-generation Data Management solutions including Pervasive BI, MDM, Data Virtualization, Data Integration, Data Quality, Identity Resolution, Data Visualization, Mobile BI, and Complex Event Processing Provide technical leadership and expertise to the global development team including hiring, coaching and being accountable for the deliverables to which you have ownership Provide thought leadership in the selection and implementation of data transformation tools required to satisfy business and technical requirements Analyze requirements and develop and design solutions that are achievable, acceptable, and consistent with customer expectations and architectural principles Manage worldwide solutions, ensuring high availability to the business Distribute workload among technical team members including coordinating with technical resources in US office Define code standards and conduct code reviews to ensure standards and best practices are being adhered to Deploy changes to test and production environments per our change control procedures Develop strong relationships with other functional and technical groups such as Global Customer Service Deploy QA function, process, and framework for EDM delivery Your Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting data warehouses, business intelligence, data quality, and/or master data management solutions Minimum of 4 years of experience as a strong technical delivery manager with a measurable track record of success Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and development a strong data management team Experience in implementing and managing MicroStrategy, Informatica suite of applications (PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica MDM) highly desirable Ability to technically lead multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet established deadlines with high quality Project management experience using Agile a strong plus Strong solution design, problem solving and debugging skills especially in high pressure situations Demonstrated experience in data warehouse data modeling and common data modeling Experience in various business disciplines such as consulting services, marketing and sales, project management, IT, financial management, business operations, and software development, with proven ability to develop and integrate plans Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively (written and verbal) in a global team environment with technical and business audiences Strong facilitation skills with executive-level leaders; well-honed influencing and negotiating skills Self-motivated, a willingness to learn with a strong sense of accountability, business acumen and a proven track record of delivering results Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline Informatica provides outstanding benefits including: flexible time off, medical, dental, and vision, disability insurance, life, AD&D.
