Lesson Duration: Learning Environment: Learning Objectives:

3 Periods To be conducted in Computer Lab or Class Room where each computer is equipped with a microphone. By the end of the lesson, the students/pupils will be able to: 1. to be able to understand storyline and provide continuation 2. to able to create a script and a recorded script reading.

Brief Description of the Lesson:

Previously, teacher discussed the value of respect towards elders during CME.

Teacher gets pupils view the MTV. At a certain juncture ,the video will be stopped.Pupils are encourage to discuss in their groups about their perspectives. Pupils are to think of possible questions that may arise at the juncture where the video was stopped. Subsequently, they will pen their continuation ideas on a script template. Pupils then will then use Photostory to record their voices on based on the scripted they have created. Once completed they can save the created soundfile or upload it to Youtube. (Follow-up Activity for another day: in groups, pupils are to log on to other groups blog/youtube page and leave constructive comments such (weakness or strength of each groups work).

Classroom activity: Instructional Activities: Tuning-In Activity 10 min Teacher reflect on the last lesson. Teacher shares a video.
Pupils have a short discussion

Groupwork 10 min Pupils to log on their computers to view the video again, and start working on their script.Complete scriptwork in 20 minutes 25 min Pupils are to record their act on Photostory. Upload it to common folder or youtube.com 25 mins Presentation of completed work and discussion.Teacher gives an assessment .

Discussion 20 min Teacher directs groups to asses and give comment of other groups work.

3 Periods To be conducted in Computer Lab or Class Room By the end of the lesson, the students/pupils will be able to: 2. Do research on uncommon sports that can be found in the world. 3. to able to create a IT presentation to share some of these unpopular sports.

Brief Description of the Lesson: )

Previously, the class have shared about the sport of Rugby 4. Teacher highlighted an unpopular sport such as Curling. Videos and images assist in the discussion.Teacher includes the equipment ,venue and team details . 5. Teacher then encourage pupils to carry out a research on an unpopular or almost unknown sports.Pupils are to imagine if they are given the possibility of conducting such sports as CCA in the school ,how would they raise awareness. 6. Pupil are allowed to use many mediums such as PhotoStory, Powerpoint etc to consolidate their ideas into a presentation .

10 minutes Presentation on the sport of Curling.Discussion. Teacher reflect on the last lesson. Similarities of any sports they know. Research 20 min Pupils to log on their computers while researching on unpopular sports. Pupils who have difficulty on finding a sport to research on are allowed to choose from a provided by the teacher.

25 mins Presentation of completed work and discussion.Teacher gives an assessment .

Discussion 20 min Teacher directs groups to asses and give comment of other pupils work.
