Triple Specialization
The PGDM course seeks to enhance the students learning by offering knowledge-building and application based projects in each trimester, thus making his knowledge more practical and usable. The list however is dynamic and keeps on changing depending on the specific requirements of a sector and the choice of students. There is a special emphasis on developing and fine-tuning the leadership, communication and inter-personal skills of the students through exercises, simulation and management games. One week Orientation Programme is conducted for all the participants before the start of the new session in July2013.. It is compulsory for all the students to attend the same otherwise their admission would be cancelled. Mentor-Mentee Programme
School of Management Studies has introduced a formal mentoring process whereby a faculty member is designated as the mentor of few students. The role of the mentor is to help the students in their academic and personal lives and groom them for their work lives. The role of the internal mentor is To understand and accept the student with his/her strengths and limitations. To help the mentee know himself better with the aid of techniques. To observe the mentee in natural settings and to regularly give specific and objective feedback to the mentee To counsel the mentee individually on one to one basis. To help the mentee with academic perspectives. To direct the mentee to other resource persons with whom the mentee can share information and seek technical guidance. To prompt the mentee in improving his overall personality and help him to gain confidence. Regular visit to industry houses keeps the students abreast with
ground realities. We have also organized industrial visits to Coca-Cola, Parle G, Mother Dairy etc.
Central Library
An enriched library with the latest books, journals, magazines and periodicals is the centre of attraction for the faculty and students. The fully automated library is housed in a separate building. It has a spacious reading room and an air conditioned reference section. It is well equipped with 24x7 internet facility and various reprographic services, e-journals, 20 multimedia computers, printers, CD-writer etc. The library is totally automated with fully networked computers, NETLIB software, Web OPAC and is also facilitated by Wi-Fi connectivity. The library is also a member of Delnet for students and staff. The library has a rich collection of books on engineering, management and architecture. A systematic approach is followed for upgrading the library every year.

It is rightly said that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Keeping this in mind, due emphasis is laid on games and sports at the Ideal Group of Institutions. The sports ground of Ideal Group of Institutions covers 6225 sq. mt. of land. The Annual Sports Meet is conducted regularly for students and staff members. Various InterInstitute and Intra-Institute sports competitions are organized like Table Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Chess, LAN games etc. and arrangements are made to send students to other colleges also.
Medical Facility
Our Group has a on campus medical centre with assistance available
on call round the clock. Physicians, psychologists and Psychiatrists regularly visit the campus and hostels. The Group has tied up with the nearby prominent Hospital for emergency treatment of students and staff members.
Guest House
The Ideal Group of Institutions provides stay facility in the guest house to those parents who visit their wards. The guest house is well furnished and is in line with modern living.
ATM Facility
The Syndicate Bank has opened an ATM Centre in the campus to facilitate students and staff members to withdraw money at any time.
Placement Cell

Language Lab
Professional Communication lab is software based and well equipped with 31 workstations, one for the teacher and the remaining thirty for students. Language lab focuses on language enrichment, grammar and fluency. The Digital Language Lab has ORELL software which focuses on Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of students to enhance their confidence level and gear them up for global challenges. Self-learning is encouraged through voice recorder, pronunciation techniques, speeches of well known personalities, short conversations etc.

He is B.Tech (EC), M.Tech (EC), MBA (Fin. & HR) and pursuing Ph. D in Management from Amity University. He has more than 10 years of experience in academics and industry, besides four years of research experience. He has presented several papers in seminars / conferences and has written articles and research papers for various national and international journals. He has also attended couple of FDP & QIP
He is MBA and Ph.D. in the area of accounting and finance. He has 9 years rich experience in the field of management education and industry. A good number of his research papers have been published in national and international journals. He has attended many seminars and conferences.
He holds master degree in computer applications. He has about 03 years of teaching experience and 02 years of industry experience at under graduation and post graduation levels. He has also undertaken management development sessions for corporate & public undertakings like ICICI Prudential and U.P Awas Vikas.
She has more than 3 years of experience in academics. She is MA (Eco.) and Ph.d from C.C.S University, Meerut. She has contributed many research papers in various national conferences / journals. Her teaching area is in Economics and general management.
MBA in HR. Her 5 years of experience encompasses teaching in management colleges. She is active as a facilitator for Faculty Development Programs at various levels. Her teaching area is in the IT specialization of management.

15 14 Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit, based on consideration of: Valid Score in the written admission test of C-MAT (approved by AICTE) / CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT Past academic record / work experience, and Performance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview Candidates with engineering background and with work experience will be given additional weightage in the selection process Final selection will be based on the performance in C-MAT (AICTE) / CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT and subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview Eligibility Criteria The PGDM programme is aimed at developing and grooming students potential for making them efficient and effective enough to get success in business and industry. To achieve it the candidates must have completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering / Arts / Commerce / Science or equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% for general category & 45% for reserved category aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a UGC recognized University or by Association of Indian Universities or AICTE. The candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelors degree are also eligible, provided that they will complete all the formalities at the time of their selection for the programme. Till that period they will be admitted on provisional basis. The last date for submitting the certificate and the mark sheet is October 30, 2013. Candidates failing to submit the desired documents and basic formalities completion; their provisional admission will be automatically cancelled. Hostel Fees Hostel fee for the academic year 2013-14 along with refundable security are payable on Commencement of Session. However, a Hostel Seat Reservation Charge of Rs. 10,000/- is to be deposited within two weeks of receiving admission offer letter. This amount is adjustable against Hostel Fee due on Commencement of Session. Educational Loan Many commercial banks and financial institutions provide educational loans to students. For details, candidates may contact branch offices of such banks. The Institute facilitates the selected students in obtaining the loan subject to fulfillment of the bank requirements and formalities by them.
