    Cause: Functional limitations: Release code for voice data not available. The voice update for the speech dialogue system cannot be performed when switching to another language. If no language change is provided, the speech dialogue system continues to use the language set before the update.

    Procedure for export market:

    Procedure for German market:


    Create obligation to report via DISS

    Back-up documentation following software update unsuccessful Technical background:
    Control unit 1 for information electronics cannot restart automatically following update and parameterisation. The control unit no longer responds to requests from SVM. SVM generates the response "Hardware prfen" (Test hardware) for all other MMI components.

    Procedure:
    1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The following appears in the MMI display after update: Select "Dokumentation abbrechen" (Abort documentation). The MMI automatically initiates a restart. Wait until the MMI display is populated again. Create back-up documentation with SVM code.
