Please pray that the Lord would show us what He wants us to address this coming year as we review various aspects of our church life and ministry in the coming months Praise the Lord with us for all of the wonderful connections made through our recent Table for 8. Please pray that the Lord would fill the Kindy leadership with wisdom and direction as they seek to lay a strong foundation for this work. Please pray for our friends at Westgate Baptist church as they commence a large scale addition to their facility. Pray that it would be completed on time, under budget, and that many people would come to faith within those walls. Please pray for Faye Lauaki as she leads a Bible ministry to the elderly in Nursing homes around Auckland. Pray that the Lord would bless that ministry, and that she would be given all of the volunteers that she needs. Pray for a team from Crown College that is ministering at the Envision site in Taipei. This weekend, they will help with ministries at one of the Yunlin County church plants. Pray for protection, good connections with people in Taiwan, and that God will use the team for His glory.

Because of your faithfulness in giving, this past quarter saw us give 18% more than our estimated figures. Praise the Lord and good for you! What this means is that for the first time in months, we are not running in a deficit position. Deficits and surpluses aside, may we never forget that at WHAC, we give as an act of worship to our Heavenly Father. May it ever be so!
