Security Deposit: Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) per student. The security has to be deposited with SHIV SHAKTI P G Accommodation at the time of Booking or agreement by College, (refundable at end of the session through cheque only). If any student leaves premises before expiry of agreement in that case security of that student will not be refunded. Mode of payment: All payments are to be made in advance through Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of Shiv Shakti P G Accommodation payable at Greater Noida.

For storage of others materials in the mess modern storage facilities are used instead of spreading on the floor. Fly/Mosquito trap is installed in mess and dining hall. All the left-over food or waste food is thrown out of the kitchen immediately. All the mess and kitchen staff is properly dressed. A dress code is followed. Even their personal hygiene is taken care of.

SECURITY
I. II. Security Guards / Gun Men are available round the clock / 24 Hrs. A Security Supervisor / Ex army officer is appointed to supervise the over all Security arrangements who in return reports to management on daily bases. He keeps a strict vigil/ control and takes care of the discipline among all the students as well as of all the visitors. III. A proper register is maintained for recording Out time as well as In time of the students. No student is allowed to stay out after 7.30 pm during winter and 8.00 pm during summers.

MAINTENANCE STAFF
I. Electrician as well as Plumber is available round the clock. All the respective complaints are registered in the Complaint register. All the complaints are taken care of either immediately or in the shortest possible time.

POWER BACKUP/WATER SUPPLY

1. 100% Power backup is provided from sunset to sunrise and water supply is available from our own source round the clock.

MEDICARE
a) Shiv Shakti PG Accommodation provides only the First Aid facilities free of cost, however in case of any emergencies if, any student requires hospitalization we refer our students immediately to the hospital for specialized care and the hospitalization charges are paid either by parents or their respective local guardians.

DEPARTMENTAL STORE/P.C.O
1. In order to cater to the daily needs of the students a departmental store is provided by us with in the premises itself.

CAFETERIA
a. We have provided a cafeteria especially for the convenience of the students; it is required as the students have to study till very late in the night during their Semester / University exams.
