Flow of the program

Phase I
Case Studies will be shared via email

27th September
27th September 4th October 6th October

Teams of 3 will pick one case and prepare synopses

Top 6 teams will be shortlisted from every campus

Phase II
Teams will prepare strategic recommendations for their cases Senior leaders from RPG Group will evaluate the recommendations on campuses

7th 20st October 20nd - 25th October 26th October

One team will be chosen as Campus Champions from each campus

Phase III
Campus Champions work with Case guides to make Action Plans The teams will present their Plans to Senior Leaders of RPG Group 26st October 9th November 11th November 11th November

Winner of Blizzard 12 will be chosen
