Job Purpose To welcome and provide assistance to visitors to the Explore Worldwide office in a professional manner which enhances the companys image, and undertake other reception duties. In addition to be accountable for delivering organisational and administrative support, to the highest service levels, assisting with a number of administrative tasks undertaken by the Business Support team. Reporting Lines Reports to Business Support Manager. There are no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities To be a member of a motivated team, and take an active role in engendering a positive, energetic and customer focussed working environment. To man reception on a daily basis and undertake all tasks associated with this role. To answer incoming calls and field to the relevant team member. An integral member of a flexible and cohesive Business Support team whom are accountable for executing all assigned tasks to meet and exceed business and team targets and KPIs. To ensure a customer focussed approach is adopted in all assigned responsibilities. Flexible attitude in undertaking required tasks.
