BORL is a Company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., with equity participation from Oman Oil Company S. A. O. C., Oman. BORL has set up a 6 MMTPA grass root petroleum refinery at Bina, Madhya Pradesh. The state-of-the-art refinery has commenced production and is fully operational. Other than refinery located at Bina, there is a Crude Oil Terminal located at Vadinar (Jamnagar, Gujarat), a 935 KM long cross country underground pipeline across Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh to transport crude oil to Bina, a marketing terminal at Bina spread over 640 acres and a 257 KM long underground cross country pipeline to Kota (Rajasthan) for dispatching end products. Other than green fuels such as unleaded Euro III and Euro IV grade of Petrol and Diesel, refinery produces Kerosene, LPG, ATF, Naphtha, Pet Coke, and Sulphur. For the comfort and welfare of the employees at Bina, there is a Residential Complex close to the refinery, with a shopping centre, a reputed school with education upto Class XII (DAV BORL Public School), a Club House with well equipped recreational facilities, and a hospital with health care facilities (Vivekananda Kendra BORL Hospital). Assistant Vice President / Sr. Manager (Construction / Projects) Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university

Position Code : 01

Experience: The desired incumbent should have 12-18 years of experience in any Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemicals / Fertilizer industry. Responsible for management, performance, and completion of moderate to complex projects. Organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resources needed. Capable to lead & motivate the team to achieve targets / goals Ensures completion of detailed schedules for projects from initiation to delivery and keeps management informed of any deviations. Monitors status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Review & guide the team(s) for evolving design basis, technical specification, guide lines, standards for various static / rotary equipments, PFD, P&ID and Equipment Data Sheets including piping and associated facilities etc. Review plant layouts, GADs etc. from Maintenance, Inspection, Safety and Operational access point of view Interaction with PMC on technical aspects of pre-qualification of EPCC constrictors Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters with continuous quality monitoring and effective resource utilization to maximize the output Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis Should have working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera Very good working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Review & planning for procurement of spares & consumables, organizing & mobilizing drawl of materials, spares & consumables from general stores as & when required. Asst. Vice President / Sr. Manager - (Design & Engg.)

Qualification: BE/B Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University. Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 12-18 years of experiences in hydrocarbon / heavy Engineering sector. The incumbent should have Independently handled Design and Engineering - Basic & Detailed Engineering deptt Responsible for review of detailed drawing /Bill of materials/ Technical Specifications of Process Equipment / Vessels and Technical evaluation of offers. Thorough knowledge of various design codes / standards like ASME, API, IS, TEMA, EJMA, OISD, IS etc. Working knowledge of software like Microprotol, CAESAR II, AutoCad, Microstation etc. shall be preferred. Dy.Manager / Asst. Manager - (Mechanical Projects)

Qualification: BE/B Tech Graduate Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 4 - 8 years of experiences in hydrocarbon / heavy Engineering projects. The incumbent should have

Good Knowledge in coordinating completion of moderate to complex projects. Able to mobilize project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, prepare project schedules, and determines resources needed. Good team player & take initiatives to achieve targets / goals Ensures adherence to project schedules from initiation to delivery and keeps management informed of any deviations. Close monitoring of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Prepare, Review & Inspect technical specification, guide lines, standards for various static / rotary equipments, PFD, P&ID and Equipment Data Sheets including piping and associated facilities etc. Prepare, Review & Inspect plant layouts, GADs etc. from Maintenance, Inspection, and Safety and Operational access point of view. Dy.Manager / Asst. Manager - (Civil Projects)

Qualification: BE/B Tech Civil Engineering from a reputed institute Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Civil Engineering with 4 - 8 years of experiences in hydrocarbon / heavy Engineering projects. The incumbent should have Experience in Project executions & generation of Engineering Documents including Bill of quantities, Technical Specifications of RCC & Steel Structures, Foundations, Pipe racks, Tanks, Vessels etc. Review of drawings provided by Consultants / PMC. Technical discussions on design aspect with Contractor / PMC. Working knowledge of design codes / standards like BIS, NBC, CPWD, MORTH, IRC, OISD, etc. Working knowledge of software like Primavera, AutoCAD, MS-Project etc. Able to review / preparation of site Quality assurance plans and Quality checks as per QAP Engineering drawings, codes, standards and good engineering practices Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Should have good Business Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) Good team player & take initiatives to achieve targets / goals Manage the contracts from starting to closure Review/preparation of site Quality Assurance plans and Quality checks as per QAP Engineering drawings, codes, standards and good engineering practices Carry out job hazard analysis and ensure compliance to safety requirements. Liaison with various external /internal agencies connected to the job Prepare monthly MIS and progress report of each project.

Dy.Manager / Asst. Manager - (Electrical Projects ) Position Code :04 4 Qualification: BE/B Tech Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Electrical Engineering with 4 - 8 years of experiences in hydrocarbon / heavy Engineering projects. The incumbent should have Familiarity with international electrical engineering codes, standards, project specifications, and operating philosophies.

Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Good knowledge of Electrical safety, requirement for hazardous installation, Area classification, PPEs, etc. Preparation of project status report for management, Technical Specifications, data-sheets, technical drawings for electrical equipment like transformers, motors, Switchgear panels, Cables, Lighting system, etc. Techno-Commercial Evaluation of offers, preparation technical recommendation Review, checking & inspection of technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, manufacturers drawings, Supplier drawings, Installation drawings, Control & wiring drawings, etc for various types of electrical equipments & installations. Electrical system design including preparation of HT and LT Single Line diagrams, relay selection & co-ordination, electrical equipment sizing calculations like sizing of Transformers, cables and other equipment , Earthing / lighting / voltage drop / short circuit calculations, Substation and overall plant electrical layout design, preparation of cable schedule etc. To supervise proper implementation of MP and in particular SOP / WI / OCPs. Dy.Manager / Asst. Manager - Planning

Qualification: BE/B Tech Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering from a reputed University Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering with 4 - 8 years of experiences in hydrocarbon / heavy Engineering projects. The incumbent should be able for Planning the project activities in coordination with project managers - preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, material procurement plan etc. Follow-up with internal / external agencies for ordering / manufacturing & delivery of materials. Knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera preparation of project schedules, critical path, catch up plans etc. Preparation of compressive project MIS Data generation / collection, coordination with project managers / Engineers. Monitor the progress of the Projects on a regular basis as per the Schedules, foresee probable delays, constraints etc and generate reports for the management and project managers. Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager - (Marketing - Petroleum Products)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech Graduate in Chemical Engineering from a reputed university. MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage. Experience: Applicant shall be a graduate in Chemical Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in direct market sales especially in petroleum byproducts i.e. Sulphur, Pet coke, Fly Ash etc. The incumbent should be able to Market survey and identification of potential customers for Pet Coke/Sulphur/Fly Ash sales. Visit to customer premises for verification/survey and their enlistment in BORL. Obtaining approval from Management for Pet Coke//Sulphur/Fly Ash as per pricing policy and as per the market condition / competitor activities. Regularly interacting with the customers for change in the pricing, discussions on discount, any other relevant terms & conditions pertaining to the product sales. Preparations of sales offer and follow up for purchase order. Coordination with customer for receipt of advance payment. Issue of Delivery Note for preparation of Sales Order in SAP system after obtaining necessary clearance from Finance Department with regard to receipt of payment. Coordination with Finance and ERP department for updating and maintaining the pricing of customers in SAP on monthly basis Coordinating with Weighbridge Officer and Operations team for dispatch of the product. Sort out any issues pertaining to delivery note, payment etc. Coordination with customers for receipt of Form C for Interstate sale Reconciliation & settlement of customers account.

Liaison with other Marketing Companies / Competitors to have update on market information, discounts extended by them, Import of products etc. Get feedback from customers on a regular basis to understand the market fluctuations, extend customer service in form of reconciliation of accounts, technical service etc. Conduct sales meeting, Seminars, sales promotion activities etc Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office Should have good Business Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) Good team player & take initiatives to achieve targets / goals Position Code :091

Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Institute/university. MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR/Rural Development/ Mass Communication will be an added advantage.
