You will focus on how to successfully design and deliver group programs to clients and corporations. These include proven stress management, weight management, and smoking cessation programs. The skills you will learn include: How to market to groups What is expected of a group trainer How to design group training programs How to do group assessment The GIFT module teaches you to uncover your clients positive internal motivation factor. New research indicates this factor is essential to understanding what motivates them to make the changes in their lives that keeps them healthy and happy. This six-step process enables the client to design and take responsibility for their own treatment plan by: 1. Buying into the program 2. Discovering their own internal motivation factor 3. Creating their own personal goal image in their mind daily 4. Programming their goal image into their mind daily 5. Resisting temptation 6. Focusing on feeling successful and designing an action plan to sustain their new positive behaviors The GIFT technique is simple, speaks directly to the unconscious, and once learned can be used with clients to realize any goal including weight loss, stress management, sales, and sports motivation as well as relationship and career goals.

He has designed and implemented numerous stress management programs and a very specific System called Goal Image Focusing Technique (GIFT) geared to helping individuals with weight and sleep problems.
