Criteria for Outstanding Volunteer Award Agency Volunteers Must: 1. Have provided a minimum of 2 years of service, or 250 volunteer service hours. 2. Have exceeded the expectations of their volunteer role in ALL of the following categories: a. b. Contributions/Accomplishments Ambassadorship: - represents and promotes the Agency in a positive and professional manner - initiates and fosters relationships with individuals, businesses, and/or government that have enhanced service delivery and/or increased the visibility and credibility of the Agency in the community Leadership: - demonstrates the following leadership qualities: integrity, vision, empowerment, responsibility, cooperation and teamwork, fairness, creativity, humility, motivation
