No. _______________ 2) Result Notification. Dt 20 / 04 /2013. <<<>>> Sri/Smt/Kum. bearing Regd.No. a candidate for General Recruitment to the post of Lecturers in Govt. Polytechnic Colleges in A.P. Technical Education Service vide Notification No.19/2012, is hereby informed that on the basis of the results of the Written Examination held on 06/01/2013 FN & AN, 07/01/2013 FN he/she is qualified and admitted provisionally for Oral Test (Interview) to be held from 20/05 /2013 to 13/06/2013 at the Office of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Prathibha Bhavan, Mukharamjahi Road, Nampally, Hyderabad. The Schedule for Verification of Certificates followed by Interviews is hosted in the Commission website www.apspsc.gov.in . He/She is directed to attend for verification of Certificates along with the following Original Certificates on the same day of Interview i.e., / /2013 at 08.30 AM.

Sl.No Original certificates along with one set of Xerox copies of the same duly attested by Gazetted officer to be produced I. Date of Birth (SSC or its equivalent) in support of Minimum / Maximum age as on 01/07/2012. II. Proof of age relaxation in case of A.P. State Government Servant (Regular Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Andhra Pradesh/NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate III. Integrated Community Certificate (issued by the concerned M.R.O./ R.D.O). IV. Creamy layer exemption certificate from Revenue authorities (for BC candidates only) The BC candidates may download the format of creamy layer certificate from the Commissions website www.apspsc.gov.in who claim as BC Community candidates. (As per G.O.Ms.No.3, BCW (C2) Dept, Dt. 04/04/2006. V School Study Certificate from IV to X Class if studied in school or Residence certificate in case of Private study in SSC seven years including the study of SSC. VI. Original Qualification Certificate ( BTECH / P.G. as per Notification) along with marks list. VII Two Attestation Forms duly filled in by the candidate. And attested by the Gazetted officer. The candidate also directed to affix his/her latest passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of attestation from. VIII. Xerox copy of Hall Ticket of the Written Examination conducted on 06/01/2012.FN&AN and 07/01/2012 FN IX. Two Check lists duly filled and signed by the candidate. X. Six Passport Size photographs. IMPORTANT NOTE: (i) The above original certificates should invariably be produced at the time of verification of original documents failing which he/she will not be admitted to the interview. No extension of time for production of any original certificate will be allowed for the reason whatsoever. (ii) The candidate should fill up all the required particulars in both the copies of Attestation forms (copies enclosed) and both the forms should be furnished at the time of verification of documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or a Member of Central or State Legislature. The candidate is also directed to affix his/her latest passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer on the top of the each attestation form. If any BC candidate claiming reservation, fails to submit creamy layer Exemption certificate it is open for the Commission to treat him / her as an OC candidate in the selection. If any candidate fails to submit the study / Residence certificate claiming as a local candidate it is open for the Commission to treat him / her as non-local candidate for the purpose of selection. In the absence of any certificate it is open for the Commission to decide on either side at their discretion. Non-creamy layer certificate, as G.O. MS. No.3 backward classes welfare (C-2) department, dt:04-04-2006. The candidate must note that his/her admission to the Oral Test (Interview) is purely provisional subject to eligibility in all aspects with reference to the Commissions Notification No.19/2012. And should not be construed as final Selection. On verification, if the conditions laid down in the NotifiationNo.19/2012 are not fulfilled by the candidate, his/her candidature for interview for this recruitment will be rejected. Request for submission of original certificates subsequent to the date of Interview will not be entertained.
