Internationa market : Refers to marketing carried out by companies overseas or across national

borderlines. This strategy uses an extension of the techniques used in the home country of a firm.

Finance : A discipline concerned with determining value and making decisions. The finance function
allocates resources, including the acquiring, investing, and managing of resources. One of the main subsets of finance is the study of credit and banking, as this involves money, time, and risk all together

Creditor : A person or company to whom one owes money. A creditor may be a bank or another

Solvency - In finance or business, is the degree to which the current assets of an individual or entity
exceed the current liabilities of that individual or entity. Solvency can also be described as the ability of a corporation to meet its long-term fixed expenses and to accomplish long-term expansion and growth.

Bond Yeld: Is the rate of return that accrues on a bond investment, taking into account the
interest payments and any profit on bond price. The income one receives from a bond investment,
rather than its capital appreciation. The yield is calculated as the coupons the investor receives in a year expressed as a percentage of the cost of the investment. In general, riskier bonds have higher yields.

Crisis : The term is applied broadly to a variety of situations in which some financial institutions or
assets suddenly lose a large part of their value
