A gadget is a small tool such as a machine that has a particular function, but is often thought of as a novelty.

My favorite gadget is iPhone. Its a very beautiful and convenient gadget. Its easy to use. Theres a lot of storage space. It has 64GB memory. There are several version of iPhone. Ive been using it for eleven months. I call my friends, send messages, surf the internet, listen to music, and take pictures. I really like watching videos on my iPhone. The original iPhone was released in June 2007 while many events led up to the invention of the iPhone, the date that the original iPhone was released was June 29, 2007. That's when the iPhone made its debut to the public and became available for consumer purchase. However, the iPhone was the latest step in a long series of research projects begun by Steve Jobs and Apple long before this date. The first concept for an iPhone type device came about in 2000 when Apple worker John Casey sent some concept art around via internal email, he called it the Telipod a telephone and iPod combination. However, this idea eventually evolved into the iPhone we know today. It was Apple co-founder, Steve Jobs who directed Apple's engineers to develop a touch screen, mobile phone. Jobs at first was considering an Apple tablet computer, that desire eventually manifested in the iPad, and Apple had already produced a palm device with a touch screen, the Newton Message Pad. The iPhone's 3.5 inch, 960x640 pixel resolution retina display is designed by and Apple and manufactured by LG. It utilises In-plane switching (IPS) technology which aligns liquid crystal cells in a horizontal direction, reducing the amount of light scattering and therefore producing wide viewing angles and good colour reproduction. The display also features an LED backlit TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen with a density of 326 pixels per inch (PPI). During the manufacturing process, Apple utilises optical lamination which adds to the iPhone's sharp and clear display. This is a precise technical process that laminates the cover glass to the display and therefore eliminates light refraction. Apple also makes use of an ultra-precise positioning technique and liquid-metal glue to bond the glass to the iPhone's metal frame. The iphone is used today for communication and information search, in a fast and effective which makes the phone a very useful tool in business and in the search for information.

The iphone has changed from the first to the current 2G technology to 4g, there are currently plans in place to develop a next Generation technology. Goals for this new set of standards include a combination of technologies that will make information transfer and internet capabilities faster and more affordable for cellular phones. The mobile phone industry continues to grow by leaps and bounds as it has in the past few decades. Even though it started a little more than 20 years ago, manufacturers have created an abundance of new technologies thats make my iphone my favorite gadget.
