Training Conducted training for lagos state teachers for english language The Lagos State Eko Secondary School Project is World Bank funded programme targeted at improving the state of secondary education in Lagos state. The programme covers all the different sub-sets of whole school development but our focus area is on human capital development. Charles Inegbedion leading the Strategic Transformation Team Ltd was tasked with Training over 400 English Teachers across the state with the objective of achieving the following outcomes: Ability of the teacher to apply adequate knowledge of the philosophy, objectives and structure of the English language curriculum. Strategic Transformation Team Limited Project Manager (Public Sector) 2009 - Date Consulted for Lagos State Government to conduct a survey and produce a study on all Lagos State public secondary schools with the objective of preparing them for a World Bank grant. The study was to identify the major challenges faced by the Secondary Sector in Lagos through in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative evidence from the six districts, thereby providing an authoritative description of the public secondary education subsector in Lagos and Nigeria. I consulted with Lagos Ministry of Education in the development of the Lagos State 10 years Education sector Plan, this document has become Lagos states blueprint for the education sector it contains policies, objectives, targets and strategies for the period 2009 to 2020. The ESP provides the framework for education development in Lagos State over the next ten years. The ESP was developed with reference to current national and state policies and the existing Regulatory Framework. Consulted for Lagos state to conduct a study for the revitalization of Government Technical colleges using Government technical College, Ikotun as a case study in preparation for the World Bank grant. The Public Private Partnership (PPP) World Bank grant is to position the technical colleges to respond effectively to the employment and entrepreneurship needs and opportunities in their environment. Authored the final report for revamping the five technical schools in Lagos State; Education Sector Expert for 2009 for Bayelsa State Medium Term Sector Strategy Authored the final MTSS report on behalf of the Bayelsa State Ministry of Education The Public Secondary Education Strategy Study(PSESS) Produced a first draft on the development of a 120 page strategy document for the public secondary education system which helps to give a clearer and better understanding of secondary education in Lagos State and thereby improving governments capacity to strategise, manage, plan and monitor the delivery of quality secondary education services more effectively and efficiently. Organised private sector stakeholders forum for revamping private education delivery in Lagos State Conducted a diagnostics on Igbobi College with an aim to highlight critical issues with the college Consulted for Lagos State Government to conduct a survey and produce a study on all Lagos State public secondary schools with the objective of preparing them for a World Bank grant. Drew up a business plan and financials for the project estimated at 1.3billion Naira. Private Sector I lead a team that was commissioned by Igbobi College Old Boys Association for a root and branch reform of the college through the development of a 10 year strategic transformation plan with the objective of aligning the overall educational vision of Igbobi College with the vision of the founding fathers as well as relevance to current society and designing of a curriculum to align with the overall vision, longterm educational and career aspirations of the parents and their children. Redesigning the work flow processes for the Lagos State Free Trade Zone Company and organized a 2day retreat to set a new vision for the company. Realigned functions and developed a fresh HR manual for the Free Trade Zone QED Oil & Gas International Nigeria Limited (Creek Training Centre) Business Development Manager 2007 - 2009 Responsibilities: To draw up a 5 year operational/financial plan for the company which is to be used as a referral point during day to day activities?
