UltraDOC is a Windows based documentation program for portable flaw detection, hardness testing and eddy current testing. It simplifies instrument set-up, streamlines the creation of test reports and makes documentation work faster, easier and more reliable. REPORTS Comprehensive repor ts are displayed and printed directly from within the UltraDOC program. These repor ts give quick, on-the-fly documentation of test results. Users can print the preformatted repor t from UltraDOC or copy and paste information to word processing or spreadsheet software programs from the production of completely customized repor ts. Options exist to modify the repor t layout position of the Description, Instrument and Screen Copy data. Repor ts can be downloaded from live instrument data or from stored data set memor y. This allows operators to save reports within the instrument when out in the field, and upon return, download the data for printing and storage on the PC. Users can customize the repor t description by modifying the repor t template file.

DOCUMENTATION NDT professionals rely on documentation for repor ting results of inspections. UltraDOC extracts the instrument data, and allows the production of professional looking inspection repor ts. Direct printing of repor ts through Windows operating system makes for hassle free documentation.

ISO 9000 compliance of documentation control is made manageable with UltraDOC . This file based documentation system makes the management of multiple clients, divisions or units easy. Information can be stored in a format for storage to disk, electronic (E-Mail) transfer or archiving for later retrieval.

UltraDOC is part of Krautkramers UltraVIEW suite of NDT software.

UltraDOC allows the user to: Receive a variety of data from the instrument and store it on a PC Create standard test repor ts Transfer test data via Copy and Paste to any other Windows word processing or spreadsheet program Send or receive setup data from the PC to the instrument Remote control the instrument from the PC

UltraDOC enables the user to configure the USN flaw detector memo header. The user can select the number of fields (up to 9) and format the text within the header. The user can also add/edit individual data set memos. Downloaded Data sets can also be uploaded back to the same instrument or an instrument of the same design type. This makes for quick instrument setup.

COMMUNICATION UltraDOC offers the users a selection of the type of data to download from the test instrument. Based on the user selection, the data is then received on the desktop UltraDOC desktop.

UltraDOC supports the full line of Krautkramers por table digital flaw detectors, MIC hardness testers and Hocking digital Eddy Current instruments.
