Maculopapular rash starting on head, progressing to trunk & ext. Occipital & postauricular lymph Maculopapular rash starting on head, progresses to trunk & ext. Rash preceded by cough, coryza, conjunctivies & Koplik spots High fever for 3-5 days with rash appearing once fever subsides Macules & papules initially on trunk that spread to extrememites Sandpaper-like rash that begins on the neck, armpits, & groin & then generalizes A/w fever & sore throat
