SEMANA 1 - APRENDIZAJES ESPERADOS

Agrupar a los estudiantes en parejas para que realicen un folleto turstico o un anuncio de viaje sobre algn lugar de la regin o que a ellos les interese. Solicitarles que indaguen aspectos relevantes del sitio que hayan elegido para lograr informacin que les facilite la produccin del folleto o anuncio. Recolectar folletos y anuncios de viajes para estudiarlos y conocer el tipo de informacin que contienen, con el propsito de definir cmo realizar los folletos y anuncios. Se recomienda que incluyan en la bsqueda, pginas electrnicas de destinos tursticos, hoteles y sitios de inters para viajar.

Predict the text by looking the picture. Fictional city map Ss will identify the locations and streets types. Ss notice new words in the text

MATERIAL
Map about a fictional city. Map about a fictional city.

PROCEDURE
Ss are going to observe the map. The Ss will answer the next questions: Is it similar to your city? What locations are near your community? T. gives to the Ss a map with illustrations dialogue and read it to them, in a loud voice. Students will pronounce the streets and avenues in the map The Ss will underline all the unknown words and cognates identified during the exploration reading. Examples: George Bush Highway Jenniffer Lopez Avenue . Ss can use the dictionary to know their meaning. Ss will identify all the locations according to the streets references, to answer the next question: Where is Walmart Supermarket? Its on Britney Spears Avenue Ss will link the words to their meaning using the images of the map to build their own local community Pictionary. Ss look at the prepositions to indicate the position in the map. Text describing a town for ss to notice and identify some prepositions.
