Production Consultant Supervised the creative development, build out of the Paramount exhibit booth, responsible for production of all show multi-platform materials and support staff, for the International Licensing Expo. Lead the overall licensing business for Paramount Pictures. Designed and implemented a workflow process to track key milestones and make the entire process significantly more efficient. Built a new team that works and collaborates closely with Promotions, Sales, Legal and Licensees throughout a licen sing project. Produced and Promoted Original Programming of The Jerry Springer Show, Maury Povich and Blind Date for the new Video-On-Demand marketplace. Designed and packaged the entire Library of Universal Properties generating new sales worldwide. Secured and supported a NASCAR sponsorship for The Jerry Springer Show. Successfully re-branded the Maury Povich show.
