Dear Sir, I, being instructed by my abovementioned client, Majeda Traders, hereby give reply to your letter dated April 22, 2013; which was earlier served upon my client. 1. That my client is a renowned Trade Organistion and has been operating in this field for a long time with goodwill and reputation. 1

That in response to your several letters we would like to inform you that my client Majeda Traders was entered into a Contract with ECOM being reference No.- 515071 dated March 21, 2013 for buying the Cotton about 500 mt. 3. That on 5th December 2011 ECOM enter into another Agreement with M/S Amin Traders represented by its proprietor Mohd. Mizanur Rahman after discussion with us Eocm amalgamate the Sale Contract No. 515071 with newly one and the Proprietor of the Amin traders took all the liability of Contract dated March 21, 2011. 4. That the Amin Traders is solely liable for the Contract dated 5 th December because the proprietor of the Majeda Traders did not sign the Agreement it was signed by Mohd. Mizanur Rahman. 5. That on 08.05.2012 meeting with the Mr. Jhon Louis Simons and Mr. Richard in presence of Mr. Ali Arsalan, country Manager of the ECOM Bangladesh and Ecoms Agent Mr. Faroque proprietor of Asia Cotton Company & Proprietor of Amin Traders Mohd. Mizanur Rahman in Westin Hotel, Dhaka, it was settled that Majeda Traders has no liability and not responsible for any breach of Contract and Amin Traders took all the responsibility and shall bear the all consequence of the Sale contract and Agreement according to new contract and agreement has been signed between Amin Traders and ECOM. 6. That it quite embarrassing for the Majeda traders issuing arbitration against my Client and it is also subjects business reputation. So sending Such kind of letter is illegal and without authority. 7. That according to discussion with Simon of Ecom my client has no responsibility regarding the Sale Contract and Agreement. So that Arbitration against Majeda traders is false, fabricated and is not maintainable.

So we are, by this notice, finally deny all or any liabilities and claim introduce by yours letters and you are also requested to abandon our client from any claim in connection to the above matter and withdraw the arbitration against our client.
