Cerere de aplicatii pentru pre-calificarea
prestatorilor de servicii pentru sectorul horticol
in cadrul Proiectului ACED
Proiectul Competitivitatea Agricola 9i Dezvoltarea intreprinderilor (ACED),
cOfinantat de catre Agentia SUA pentru Dezvoltare Internationala (USAID)
9i Corporatia Provocarile Mileniului (MCC), are drept scop sporirea per
formantelor sectorului agricol de valoare inalta din Republica Moldova.
Tn acest sens Proiectul ofera servicii de marketing, instruire in domeniul
tehnic 9i de management, precum 9i aSistenta tehnica la comanda.
in aceasta ordine de idei, ACED este in c8utarea prestatorilor de servicii
(companiilor de consultanta / expertilor individuali), interesati de a fi pre
calificati pentru prestarea serviciilor in urmatoarele domenii:
Marketing (cercetari de piata, planificare de marketing, comunicare, etc.);
Implementarea standardelor de calitate 9i siguranta alimentara (ISO
22000, HACCP, GlobaiGAP, ISO 9001);
Consultanta in domeniul producerii fructelor, legumelor 9i strugurilor de
masa, inclusiv in baza principiilor agriculturii organice;
Servicii de proiectare a serelor, plantatiilor multianuale, sistemelor de
irigare:
Consultanta in domeniul tehnologiilor 9i proceselor post-recoltare (pro
iectarea infrastructurii post-recoltare, racirea, pastrarea 9i procesarea
fructelor, legumelor strugurilor de masa).
Pentru a facilita accesulla servicii de inalta calitate 9i a incuraja investitii
Ie in sectoarele (Ianturile valorice) prioritare, ACED va contribui fa acope
rirea partiala a costurilor serviciifor oferite de catre prestatorii de servicii
pre-calificati.
Candidatii interesati vor completa 9i transmite:
Profilul prestatorului de servicii (conform formularelor-tip pentru dome
niul de competenta respectiv);
CV-urile expertilor principali (in cazul companiilor) I CV-ul personal (in
cazul expertilor individuali);
1-2 lucrari reprezentative executate anterior (studii de piata, publicatii,
lucrari 9tiintifice, schite, proiecte etc.):

Strengthening The Effectiveness Of The Social Safety Net Project
Consultant for establishment of free children telephone support service
The Government of the Republic of Moldova has received financing from the
World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening the Effectiveness of the So
cial Safety Net Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting
services.
The key role of the Consultant is to prepare the concept of Free telephone sup
port service based on Ministry's requirements and to suggest options to imple
ment the concept with estimates of the costs and benefits to allow the Ministry to
choose the most appropriate implementation arrangement.
The assignment is expected to commence on April 2013. The Consultant will
accomplish the above mentioned assignment within 25 working days. The Con
sultant will work remotely.
Qualification Requirements
MA in professional discipline or a Bachelor's Degree in social assistance,
public administration, public policies, law studies and other relevant areas;
Good knowledge of the child protection system of the Republic of Moldova;
Good understanding of the social service management;
Good knowledge of the regulation framework at the levels of administra
tive organization and public authorities' responsibilities in the field of social
protection;
Proven experience in analyzing the problems from child protection area;
Proven capacities in making surveys, analyses and reports drafting;
Good understanding of the implementation specific for some technical assis
tance project from social protection field;
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork effective abilities.
language Requirements: Spoken and written fluency required in Romanian
and English.

Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD
Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers edition January 2011
("Consultant Guidelines"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of in
terest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection Of Individual Con
sultants method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
