ATTENTION: 1. As for cooling water, make sure to use the soft water or pure water, and the temperature of the cooling water should be lower than 40(104F). 2. The induction coil is very important for satisfactory heating, so please consult us if you have any problem in design of your induction coil.

INTRODUCTION GP-15A is a high frequency inducting heating equipment in which the latest inverting technology has been used so as to make the equipment very lightportable and flexible for both fixed and on-site use. APPLICATIONS This machine is specially designed for soldering of diamond impregnated cutting and grinding tools which includes: (1) Segmented diamond saw blade from 250-2500mm diameter (2) Thin-wall diamond impregnated bit (3) Diameter impregnated tube (4) Diameter impregnated grinding disk (5) Etc. Except of this, the machime can also be used in other applications such as heat treatment and melting.

LED: POWER LED---This red LED will be on to indicate the control power is OK. OPERATING LED---This green LED will flash accompanying with pulsed buzzing when the machine is working. LACK OF WATER LED---This red LED will turn on accompanying with continuous buzzing when enough water is not supplied or the temperature of cooling water is too high. OVER VOLTAGE LED---This red LED will turn on accompanying with continuous buzzing if the input voltage is higher than 245V AC. ORER TEMP LED---This red LED accompanying with continuous buzzing will indicate the temperature of the inverting transformer within the machine is too high to work.

OVER CRRRENT LED---When this red LED turns on accompanying with continuous buzzing, there are a few possibilities as following: (a) Interfere only (b) Equipment failure (c) Shortcircuit of the inducting coil caused by contacting with the work piece (d) Contact between inducting coil HEATING LED---Either AUTO or NANUAL status, this red LED will turn on when the heating precess in going on. RETAIN LED---Only at AUTO status, this red LED will turn on when the retaining process is going on. COOL LED---At AUTO status, this green LED will turn on when the cooling process is going on. BUTTONS: START BUTTON---One push of this button will start the inducting heating process of the machine. STOP BUTTON---The inducting heating process will be stopped with one push of this button. PERIOD CONRERT BUTTON---This button is only valid at AUTO status. At AUTO soldering status, the three period of heating retaining and cooling will be processed automatically according to the time adjusted but any push of the period convert button will convert the period to the next at once. AUTO/MAN SWITCH (1) when switching to MAN, time control is not valid, TIME DISPLAY will indicate the heating time, there are not retaining and cooling period. (2) When switching to AUTO, the three period of heating retaining and cooling will be processed automatically according to the time adjusted. HEATING POWER ADJ KNOB---Either MAN or AUTO, the output oscillating current during heating period can be adjusted by this knob. RETAIN POWEE ADJ KNOB---Only at AUTO status, the output oscillating

current during retaining period can be adjusted by this knob. TIME DISPLAY---To indicats the heating or retaining or cooling time. CURRENT DISPLAY METER---To indicate the output oscillation current during both the heating period and the retaining period, current range is from 200Ato 600A. HEAT TIME ADJUST---To adjust the heating time period at AUTO atatus. RETAIN TIME ADJUST---To adjust the retaining time period at AUTO atatus. COOL TIME ADJUST---To adjust the cooling time period at AUTO atatus. REMOTE CONTROL SOCKET---This tour pin socket can be connected with a remote control box , so the start and stop button function can be easily completed away from the front panel of the machine. BACK PANEL FUSE---0.5-1A ampere, protect the internal 220Vvolt circuitry. 4 INSTALLATION CONNECTING OF COOLING WATER SYSTEM City water or circulating water system can be used, but be sure the water is clean and with a pressure of 0.05-0.3MPa and a flow of 3-8L/Min. ELETRICAL CONNECTION GP-15 machine operates on a single phase AC 220V input, allowing voltage change from 180Vto 245V AC, 6mm2 copper core wire should be used, and the input power cables whould be connected to the power supply through fused disconnect switch.
