Fear The emotions that are associated with fear, are nothing but hidden desires to seek and

explore the unknown; ultimately it roots itself as the fear of change in one's behavioral and thinking patterns and cognitive routines. Fear also relates to emotional expressions neurologically tied with motivation. Fear is therefore, in my humble opinion, a more common motivator than it's counterpart in modern societies; the counterpart being the holistic aspect of love. Maybe fear isn't the root of our sometimes "governmental and corporate beneficial" behaviors and routines, but rather the individual's suppression of the feelings associated with fear. Of course we see fear blossoming in many corners of the society and news coverage and other forms of media covering all the scary things and depicting the "outside world" as something to be afraid of. That flow of information streaming to our "input sensory" located in our brain tends to help in the suppressing process of fear based feelings. In a sense, therefore, we "feel less" for our common neighbor or people "outside of our social bubble". It is therefore in the individuals' responsibility to try to grasp and understand the somewhat false implications of information that flows through the "input sensory", and in the way processing the information before "storing it" in a specific folder in our internal and sometimes inaccurate database of memories; our subliminal mind. This is the way our brain works, it can only handle a limited amount of information at once, so with ever increasing quantity of information in our environment the brain safes energy by quickly categorizing the streaming in data into certain "folders" This data, if examined and counter-thought upon, can than be used by our "output functionality", that is all the voluntary things we say, do, move etc. Every voluntary behavior can have a "ripple effect", meaning that the performed action can influence thought patterns of others. It's almost like planting a seed, and waiting for it to blossom. Ultimately the "way of life" ensures that there are bees and other elements of life that will carry this seeds' information forward. The bees represent the "ripple effect" and the "way of life", underlying the invisible and untouchable factor that shapes the "social contagious effect" which can be related to things like contagious yawning, fashion or even common usage of phrases and values. All of this is shaped by something that started somewhere; a seed that got planted somewhere. What kind of seeds are we planting subliminally into our psyche by following "agenda-ish" news coverage for example and where are those seeds coming from? Since the suppression of those feelings happens mostly involuntarily and subliminally, it means that we can "de-suppress" them voluntary by bringing the feelings tied with our inner fears up to the surface. While it's still there, you will need to observe those feelings and try to understand them. These feelings might be in the form of memories, flash-backs, inner conflicts or feelings about worldly situations, both in your closest social environment and in a wider spectrum of worldly events. Don't be afraid to let go of these feelings, and if you please, there is nothing more powerfully enriching than an outburst of emotions, just letting it all out, forgiving the past, and making way for new thinking patterns. When "letting go" of these suppressed feelings you get the feeling of closure, which in fact changes the entire aspect of how your brain functions and reacts once problematic fear related feelings are "understood" and "dealt with". You can literally "activate" new neuro-pathways within your brain by making conscious choices in your everyday life, and focusing on exploring the things that usually you wouldn't touch on. Has anybody felt the feeling of wanting to express something of heart-driven values but "chickened out"? This conscious alteration of behavioral patterns ultimately leads to a better sense of self, increased "courage" to step out of fear motivated routines and a better connection with your intuition. A strong connection with your intuition, which closely resembles the ability to "feel with others", or sympathize, enables for a more synchronized "flow of life" and thought patterns. You might even find your self very curious about

synchronized "flow of life" and thought patterns. You might even find your self very curious about something in particular, and all of the sudden windows of opportunities related to that particular something present themselves right before your eyes. Energy tends to flow where attention is present. That being said, in every situation we have a choice, but it's one hell of a learning curve, and that's why forgiveness and "letting go" is so important in the changing and evolving process of our individuality. In the end of the day the question remains; Am I motivated by fear-driven feelings and reasons, or am I motivated by love-driven feelings and values of life? Most presumably most of us are somewhere in between and neither "side" is to be condemned or prejudiced. All that it is to it, is that i'ts a learning process, which in my opinion has great value in shaping and modeling the world we live in as a whole. One brain-food before leaving; Is there any cause, value or ideology worth dying for? If so, which?
