MOCK GATE 2013 Notification

ACE is planning to conduct MOCK GATE 13 at different centres as requested by its students. (1) The exam schedule is as follows: MOCK GATE 1 MOCK GATE 2

Timings for Hyderabad centre are as follows :

The MOCK GATE model will be as per the latest pattern of the GATE. The students can appear for the above MOCK GATE at their nearest center. The students, who would like to avail this facility, have to submit an application to the ACE office in the prescribed proforma and get registered. The students will be allowed to appear for the MOCK GATE only upon producing the valid Hall Ticket issued by ACE. Therefore, the students should get hall tickets in advance from the ACE Head office by post (or) in person duly submitting the application with details. (2) Eligibility: a) Students of ACE at free of cost b) Students who have applied for GATE 13 and not taken coaching in other coaching centres. The total fee for both the MOCK GATE examinations together is Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). The fee shall be paid through Demand Draft in favour of ACE ENGINEERING ACADEMY payable at Hyderabad or by Cash at Hyderabad. Note: The question of appearing for one exam doesnt arise. (3) MODE OF APPLICATION: The application form can be downloaded from the website (www.aceenggacademy.com) a) Interested candidates may submit their applications so as to reach the ACE ENGINEERING ACADEMY, # 204, RAHMAN PLAZA, OPP: METHODIST SCHOOL, FERNANDEZ HOSPITAL LANE, NEAR TAJ MAHAL HOTEL, ABIDS, HYDERBAD 500001, A.P., by 5 pm on or before 16 01 2013.

b) Application received after the due date and time will be rejected. The Institute will not be responsible for the postal delay. c) The application should be submitted affixing recent passport size photo on application and the two hall tickets along with self addressed envelope affixed with Rs.5/- postal stamp. The photograph affixed on the application and Hall-Tickets should be identical. d) If the application received is incomplete or contains false information, such application will be rejected. e) The ACE Engineering Academy reserves the right to reject/consider any application for appearing the MOCK GATE. The hall tickets will be dispatched by ACE to the eligible candidates in the third week of January 2013. * The Key for the above MOCK GATE exams will be given to the students immediately after the exam so that the students can evaluate themselves.

Candidates will not be admitted after 30 minutes from the commencement of examination, and will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before 1 hour of the scheduled completion time.

Verify that you have been allotted the paper of your choice. No change will be permitted at the time of examination. Candidates are permitted to bring their calculators. Exchange of calculators is strictly prohibited. Pagers, mobile phones or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. All candidates must bring black ink ball point pen. Candidates have to answer in the Objective Response Sheet (ORS). The correct answers and the registration detail are to be entered by darkening the appropriate bubbles.
