PO Box 1123 Deerfield Beach, FL 33443 RE: Ethics Violation Against Deerfield Beach Mayor Jean Old like the condom in your wallet Robb Dear Sir or Madam: Please accept this letter as my formal complaint against Deerfield Beach Mayor Jean Robb for possible violation of the State of Florida ethics law. I allege Robb violated 112.313(6) MISUSE OF PUBLIC POSITION - No public officer, employee of an agency, or local government attorney shall corruptly use or attempt to use his or her official position or any property or resource which may be within his or her trust, or perform his or her official duties, to secure a special privilege, benefit, or exemption for himself, herself, or others. In support of this allegation, I offer the following for your consideration. 1. Given Robbs complete misunderstanding on how Florida Ethics Laws work, you best go buy another file cabinet to house her misdeeds. 2. In an email (see attached) to BSO Sheriff Scott Israel, I posited, Did Mayor Jean Robb contact you seeking the transfer of BSO Fire Rescue staffer Joe Langlois back into the Deerfield Beach district? For the record, Langlois is a lifelong friend of Robb. 3. Israel answered in the affirmative, Yes, it was brought up during a meeting. Bingo. Theres a violation! The Deerfield Beach city charter says the city commission can't deal with employees except through the city manager and cannot "give orders to any such officer or employee, either publicly or privately." Therefore, I ask the Florida Commission on Ethics to fully investigate this matter, and where appropriate, apply the applicable sanctions, fines, kicks in the ass, and if necessary, send Robb to the timeout chair. Did Mayor Jean Robb contact you seeking the transfer of BSO Fire Rescue staffer Joe Langlois back into the Deerfield Beach district? Yes, it was brought up during a meeting. For the record, Langlois is a lifelong friend of Robb. 2. Did Robb also seek the transfer of BSO Fire Rescue staffer Howard Norman out of the Deerfield Beach district? No. For the record, Noland's not so much of a lifelong friend. 3. Has Robb demanded at least one criminal investigation into a resident of Deerfield Beach? No. As you are aware, I have filed a complaint with the Florida Commission on Ethics regards Robb's "handling" of the Hightower affair. Should I learn that FrankenMayor has also weighed in on either the Langlois and/or Noland matter, that will prompt (yet) another complaint from me. Sir, it has become quite obvious Robb is just bat-shit-nuts. For the last two decades, Robb's anger has oozed and festered, clearly morphing into something unstable, abnormal, and well, just bat shit nuts. Powered by hate, filled with rage, and looking to settle old scores, I'd not be surprised in the least to hear that woman shout from the dais, "It rubs the lotion on its skin, or else it gets the hose again.
