If a candidate is required to continue the course beyond the first academic year because of his/her non-fulfillment of the prescribed requirements for the award of the Diploma, he/she will have to continue the course for the subsequent two academic years or till all the requirements are completed, whichever is earlier, by paying a continuation fee as prescribed for each year. At the end of the third academic year if the candidate fails to fulfill all the requirements for the award of the Diploma, the admission stands automatically cancelled.

About NALSAR
NALSAR (National Academy of Legal Studies and Research) University of Law established under the Andhra Pradesh Act 34 of 1998, is a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal. It is a fully residential university engaged in teaching and promoting research in law and allied disciplines. The University campus is located on sprawling 50-acre site abutting the Shameerpet Lake about 26 kilometers from Hyderabad. Admission Criteria A candidate for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law, Cyber Laws and Media Laws shall have passed a bachelor's degree of any recognized university or an equivalent qualification as approved by the NALSAR Proximate Education Admissions Department. A candidate for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in International Humanitarian Laws shall have passed a bachelor's degree of any recognized university or an equivalent qualification as approved by the NALSAR Proximate Education Admissions Department or a professional with equivalent qualification with at least two years experience in any field. Admission Procedure Candidates intending to enroll for admission can download the Application Form from the website www.nalsarpro.org. The downloaded application form has to be submitted to us complete in all aspects. The Admissions are generally open from March every year.
