Other relevant information required for the lesson:

Initial thoughts for evaluation how did it go?: (Completed full evaluation Y/N ) : Starter activity was ok, students were engaged with the top 10 video games questioning followed and students were asked what characters they could identify. Students were asked who their favourite super heros were and if they could be a super hero, what kind would they be? I found students didnt either like this part (maybe to old) or were not interested. Starter was ok, but second part of it could have been more interactive. For next lesson a starter on control would be good with students in 2 different teams clear firm instructions need to be given to keep activity under control Introduction of what students will be doing over the coming weeks explained and students told what to do for next 35 minutes Mr Ahmed also reiterated this clearer instructions by myself could of possibly been given, or possibly shown the students where to open them on the whiteboard? Also checking if students understand by raising their hands is good after explaining something Students completed other tasks set in lesson 1 folder fairly well each task was explained, and the majority of students had at least started the final activity by the end of the lesson The class was fairly noisy at points, over the course of the lesson, I became more assertive with them in quietening them down several students chattiness continued, but this can be dealt with as time goes on Praise shown to class no time for a plenary need to make more time next lesson to fit the plenary in/to excite them for the next lesson

Susan Nicholson has now left the school Harry Knox absent as currently excluded Game Structure and Rough Mission not split up when explained possible fault Peer observation not done during lesson No time to do plenary
