COMPLAINT

Respected Sir, Kindly refer to your letter No.DIR/I&R/PIS/EDU/GOS(2155-56) 2013 dated:22-05-2013 on the above noted subject. You have asked parawise comments / view on the reply from M/s.Akbar Public School, Shadman, North Nazimabad. Sir, the same is given below:1. As far as the schools administration stand that the stationery supplied by them is of high brand, it is submitted that the rates which I gave from the market are also rated as high in terms of quality as well as prices. Besides the question is how do we know that the brand and the quality of the stationery the school administration claims to be of high standard, as no brand is mentioned in the stationery list provided by them and more importantly the stationery is never given to the students for them to take home, instead after the utilization of the stationery the administration keeps the same with them. It is pertinent to mention here that some of articles of stationery actually do not relate to the students of nursery classes. Talking about the books and copies it is submitted that the binding and cutting of these are of inferior quality. (copy enclosed). 2. As to the point of fee, it is submitted that it seems that the school administration did not pay heed towards my letter which you forwarded to them as the fee for the months June and July have already been received by them in the months of January & February 2013. Actually the issued I raised was that they issued the challan of April 2013 whereas the classes remained suspended for the said month. (duration of this month was 15-03-2013 to 15-04-2013). The said period has already been mentioned in my previous letter. The school administration have mentioned four dates i.e. 26, 27, 28 and 30th March 2013, so I have the right to ask them that for the remaining 26 days they were just busy in the renovation of the school. It also seems white lie as the Circular itself opens this lie because according to this circular they claim that the school is closed due to unavoidable circumstances and the course will be provided after 15-04-2013(copy of circular enclosed). According to my information the rules and regulations says that parents are bound to pay the fee for tweleve months in respect of education and if the school remains close for your own problems then how should the parents be liable to pay the fee for the period for which no education was

provided to the students. Besides, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the important issue of annul fee which I have already discussed in my previous letter dated:1305-2013(copy enclosed. You may have the knowledge the many private school do not charge any annual fee for example, S.M. Public School and Al-Murtaza School to name a few. It is pitty and of humility that no one speaks and stands against the atrocities of these schools who spare no opportunity to nab the pocket of poor parents who are helpless in their hands. Some of us who dare speak against these atrocities have to pay the consequences in terms of throwing out their children from the school or they play havoc by writing false letters to you to prove themselves as clean.

Keeping in view the above submission I hereby request your honour to be more responsible in solving the matter and not just become a party whose function is mere delivering the letter from parents to the school administration and vice versa. In the end I deem

necessary to say that if my grievances are not taken seriously and the school administration does not clarify their position I hold the right to approach the higher authority to have some consolation from them and also I have hereby have to say that if nothing positive came out that I have the right to take the matter to the court. Having said that I am sure that the matter will not reach to that extent and your honour will be kind enough to resolve the matter immediately.
