Sir, my goal is first I get the job in any reputed company and I can increase my knowledge interacting with my superiors I can clarify any doubts regarding to work once discussing with my superiors, and I get the experience, then I can develop any technology which is useful for all classes of people, then only I can satisfy myself.

Professional tenure are very critical phase of life. A proper goal within one surmountable limits should be properly chopped out in a planned manner and meticulously executed with an eye on all odds and evens. Setting goal is really important as they give us an impetus to strive forward. Now for the short term goal:.
For the first couple of months I would be up for the training and development program, understanding the work methodology and groom myself for proper stability and position in the organisation. Thereafter I will propel myself to excel in my work areas, so that I become an indispensable assert for the organisation. Having done this, I would use my knowledge and experience to train my peers and consistently move up the hierarchy line contributing and adding values to my organisation in a phase and diligent manner. This stand my long term goal.

Yes, I always set short and long term goals and continuously strive to reach my goals. My goals are specific, measurable, and attainable. I find that it organizes and balances my life, knowing that with every goal reached, it measures the positive progress towards my future. Short term Goals keep changing but certainly I always keep my short term goals which helps me to attain my long term goals.
