Air and water properties as a function of temperature

Demonstrate use of VBA property functions for Air and Water

The first value is directly from the VBA function for Prandtl number
The second value is from the definition of Prandtl number in terms of specific heat, viscosity
and thermal conductivity and uses the VBA functions for those properties.
