Luftwaffe Tactics
Anti tank Air support as well as solid defense options round out the Lufftwaffe tree to help the Panzer Elite gain a foothold and keep it. Luftwaffe is the Airborne version of the Panzer Elite, allowing the Henschel Hs. 129 to fly over and destroy tanks late-game or drop butterfly bombs from the air. Instead of dropping from the air, Fallschirmjager can appear from buildings anywhere on the map, Luftwaffe can deploy the wirblewind to destroy infantry and P-47's or the legendary Flak88 that was previously available only to the Wehrmacht Defensive Doctrine.
Fallschirmjager Infiltration 3 CP, 420 (37) MP A squad of Fallschirmjager who have infiltrated the battlefield will emerge from targeted buildings, or from Off-map if not targeted on buildings. Butterfly Bombs 1 CP, 100 Ammo Butterfly Bombs are dropped from the air and blanket the selected area. The Butterfly Bombs are a capable anti-personnel mine.
Wirblewind Flakpanzer 3 CP, 480 MP Order a dangerous Wirblewind Flakpanzer that can provide mobile AA coverage, or engage enemy infantry and light vehicles. Flak 36 88mm Cannon 2 CP, 400 MP, 75 Fuel Luftwaffe Ground Forces are able to construct the fearsome 88mm Flak 36, a dual role weapon capable of targeting both air and ground units at long ranges.
Henschel 'PanzerKnacker' Support 3 CP, 200 Ammo A Henschel Hs. 129 ground attack plane armed with a 75mm cannon will fly air coverage over the area specified, targeting enemy vehicles and tanks.
Scorched Earth
Scorched Earth is one of the most unique Doctrines in the game, it focuses on exploiting the map to make it hard for the enemy to capture points and distrupt enemy mobility. Road blocks are larger versions of tank traps while the scorched earth ability itself can disable a point making it uncapturable until fixed. Scorched Earth players can also booby trap strategic points and buildings, lay sector artillery to destroy units attempting to capture a point, and eventually deploy the Hummel to fire devastating artillery. Bombs, traps and tricks make it difficult for your opponent to manuever around the battlefield. Bombard your enemy with the brutal power of Hummel 150mm Artillery.
Booby Trap Building 1 CP Panzer Elite infantry can be ordered to plant deadly booby traps inside any building on the map. Enemy infantry entering the building will suffer extreme consequences. Booby Trap Strategic Point 1 CP Panzer Elite infantry can be ordered to booby trap any strategic point in the game. Booby traps are triggered by enemy units attempting to capture the point. Sector Artillery 3 CP, 200 Ammo A selected sector is monitored for enemy activity. When enemy units are detected, the area is saturated with artillery until that enemy activity ceases. Roadblocks 1 CP Massive roadblocks are built that cannot be crushed by any unit, forcing the enemy to direct combat resources to destroying the barricades. Scorched Earth 3 CP Following the ancient doctrine of scorched earth, Strategic Points can be disabled, denying their use to the enemy. Hummel Self-Propelled Artillery 3 CP, 650 MP Order a Hummel 150mm Howitzer to the battlefield for devastating artillery support.
