Tariqat al-Hanafiyyah

Literal: The Lawgiver Technical: The lawgiver is Allah. Allah is the True Source of all Laws. Literal: The act of Mukallaf to which the hukm is related to, through a demand or option or through a declaration. Technical: Conditions that apply to the action, not the person commanded. It must be known that this is a commandment or prohibition from Allah. It must be possible for the action to be performed or abstained from.
