See Memorandum and Order (Holwell, J.), Aug. 31, 2011 [dkt. no. 110] ("Judgment").) Defendants move to set aside the judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) (1), (3), and (4) on the grounds that intiff lacked standing to bring the lawsuit and therefore that this Court lacked jurisdiction to hear this case. For the reasons set forth herein, Defendants' motion [dkt. no. 128] is GRANTED, the judgment [dkt. no. 110] is VACATED, and the complaint is DISMISSED. USDCSDNY
