Savory Citrus Marinade

Makes 1 cup
cup orange juice cup lime juice cup canola oil 4 tbsp. Simple Indulgence Steak and Chop Seasoning Blend Zest of one lime
Place all ingredients in Quick Shake Container. Replace cover, shake well to blend. Place your choice of chicken breasts, pork tenderloin or flank steak in the Smart Prep System.

Add marinade, seal and flip to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or longer. Remove meat from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade. Grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Grilling time depends upon meat. Chicken breasts: 45 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked. The meat should be solid white throughout and internal temperature is 165 F. Pork tenderloin: 1215 minutes total, turning every 12 minutes until tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 140 F. Flank steak: 68 minutes per side.
