(b) Update to latest firmware is required, please run the latest RTI Updater. How to Report a Problem ============================================= If you find a problem with oRTIgo or if you have comments on the program, please contact your local dealer or RTI Electronics at sales@rti.se. If the program reports an internal error and an "Exception error" is generated you should proceed as follows: 1. When the "Exception error" occurs an error report window is shown on the screen. You may enter a description of what happened and what you did. To send the error report, please click the button "Send Error Report". If you not want to report the error, click the button "Don't Send".

2. A zip-file (ortigo.zip) is generated and stored on the desktop. Attach this file to an e-mail and send it to: support.ortigo@rti.se.
