STATIE DE USCARE GAZE CU TRIETILENGLICOL (TEG)

Statia de uscare gaze are rolul de a elimina o cantitate cat mai mare de vapori de apa din gazele provenite de la sonde sau din statiile de comprimare. Aceasta cantitate eliminata se reflecta in punctul de roua al gazului la iesirea din statia de uscare (valoarea acestuia sa fie cat mai scazuta, <-15oC). Prezenta apei respectiv a vaporilor de apa in conducta de transport are urmatoarele consecinte: o cresterea coroziunii pe conducta de transport gaze o diminuarea debitului si a presiunii de gaz pe conducta de transport gaze care impun consumuri energetice mari pentru compensarea pierderilor o calitatea scazuta a gazului o formarea hidratilor Procesul de uscare al gazului si regenerarea glicolului este un sistem complet pentru indepartarea vaporilor de apa din gaz. Uscarea gazului se produce trecand in contracurent gazul cu trietilenglicolul, folosind un absorber (contactor glicol). Statia de uscare gaze este automatizata si parametrii functionali sunt monitorizati, cu posibilitate de transmitere la distanta.

TRIETHYLENEGLYCOL (TEG) GAS DEHYDRATION STATION

The gas dehydration station has the purpose to remove as much as possible water vapour from the gas that comes from the weels or from the compression stations. This removed quantity is reflected in the gas dew point at the outlet from the dehydration station (its value to be at the least <-15oC). The existence of water respective of water vapour within the transmission pipes, has following consequences : o corrosion development in the gas transmission pipes o flow rate and gas presuure drop within gas transmission pipe fact that imposes huge energy consumtions to compensate the losses o diminished gas quality o appearance of hydrates The gas dehydration and glycol regeneration processes involve a complete system to remove water vapour out of gas. Gas dehydration is achieved passing the gas in reverse flow with triethyleneglycol using an absorber (glycol contactor column). The gas dehydration stations is automated and the operational parameters are monitored with the posibility of remote transmission.
