Support mechanism: Sensitization of the draft ICT Strategic Plan with concerned / respective stakeholders in establishing a common

understanding across the spectrum, which will eventually result in a fully conceived blueprint for the proposed assignment.

Timeline: Finalized after initial discussions with Deacons Kenya Limited regarding the timelines involved in each phase defined below.
