About us

Tecnifreza was founded in 1989 and specializes in the design and development of engineering projects

and the manufacture of technical

precision and multi-component moulds. With a team of 56 people, we work mainly for the Automotive, Electric, Electronics, Pharmaceutical Industries.

Equipped with the most recent systems, like CAD, UG, CATIA, IDEAS, AUTOCAD, UNIGRAPHICS and TOPSOLID, TECNIFREZA counts with a professional and competent team of 6 mould designers ins its engineering department. We have external partners to help us with

mould design. This enlarges our capacity

on the hand, allowing us the right control of our work.

Quality Control

As total quality is one of our main goals, this unit plays

a main role in the execution of rigorous controls of mould and plastic parts. We have a three-dimensional Dea Global machine

with software like PC Demis, Video Check Werth,

Microscopic and Profiles Projector, among others

Injection Department- from 35T to 220T

The plastic injection department

plays an important role when

moulds are finnished. We have the possibility to try internally most of our moulds- either 1K or 2K- one step from the tool shop. Pre-series and mould qualification are made internally.
