Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ULTIMA (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG
SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRID. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.75, Light Reflectance >90%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance A2-s1.d0 in module size of 600 X 600 X 19 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 70-80%. The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to have mitred ends & birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 120 grams per M2 & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 15 year warrantee. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum centre & not more than 150mm from spliced joints. The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require
independent support. 600 x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long

PVC Floorings:
Armstrong Solid PUR
Providing and fixing of 2mm thick fully homogenous sheet vinyl flooring to be Armstrong Solid, colour as preferred supplied by, Armstrong Commercial Floor coverings. The Solid should be laid in accordance with manufacturers instructions in accordance with BS 8203. Adhesive: Armstrong Adhesive MP or Armstrong Adhesive A. Other adhesives shall be in accordance with Armstrong DLWs approved list and to manufacturers instructionsThe floor shall be installed into the recommended adhesive and well rolled with a floor roller weighing approximately 65 Kg during the open time of the adhesive (as per manufacturers instructions) and re-rolled within 30 minutes to maintain overall contact. Seam Welding: All seems to be heat welded and carried out using only Armstrong DLWs vinyl welding cable. U or V shape grooves to be created by the approved method using a mechanical or hand-grooving tool prior to welding. Accessories: If coving is to be carried out, the material should be self-coved in accordance with Armstrong DLW installation recommendations instructions.
Finishing: Sweep or vacuum to remove all loose dirt and grit. Mop the floor with a neutral detergent to remove all surface dirt. Rinse the floor and allow to dry. Installation: It is important to ensure the sub floor on which the sheet is being laid is smooth, flat & hard & free from moisture, grease, etc. In case of uneven sub floor the same should be leveled by self leveling compound. The moisture level present in the subfloor should be less than 8% before installation of the floor.

Ceiling terms & Conditions:Please note that the above prices are indicative prices for single level ceiling only The above prices are inclusive of VAT @ 14.5% on tile and 5% on grid. The above prices are exclusive of W.C.T and Service Tax. If ceiling height is more than nine feet, charges for scaffolding will be extra. All Cut tiles above 300mm will be considered as full tiles All light fittings, AC grills or any other components that come on ceilings should be independently suspended from the slab and at NO TIME any direct loading is allowed on Armstrong tiles. Small light fittings will have to be fixed with GI sheet or Plywood backing. These are not under the scope of ARICs.It will be charged extra THE ABOVE PRICES ARE VALID WITH THE PRESENT SALES TAX STRUCTURES. IF THERE IS VAT IMPLICATION AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE ORDER, THE SAME WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY AS PER SALES TAX RULE. Payment Terms: 100% advance for the material before dispatch from Dealers warehouse and as regards installation the same would be against running bill. Measurement would be on wall to wall basis with no deductions for openings less than 0.40sm as per BIS 1200
Order would have to be placed to our Authorized Dealer / ARICs as confirmed by us. VALIDITY: The above price is valid for 30 days from the date of proposal.
Flooring terms and Conditions: 1. The above prices is inclusive of installation, The installation will be done by Armstrong Recognized Interior Contractor (ARIC). 2. The Price indicated is Inclusive of VAT. 3. Material will be supplied in full Rolls and Coils only, and qty was arrived at on the basis of inputs provided by you. 4. above prices are exclusive of deductions like Security Deposit, Octroi, PF, ESIS, etc. 5. Payment: 100% advance for supply of material directly from Armstrong. 6. The subfloor needs to be smooth, hard & free from humidity, grease, etc in case of uneven subfloor, leveling would need to be done & be charged extra as per actual.
7. Cord welding, cove fillet and wall capping will be charged extra.
8. Re-working, material damage by other agencies will be charged extra as applicable. 9. Any extra work will be charged as mutually agreed with our ARIC. 10. VALIDITY: Order receipt not more than 30 days from days of quote & Dispatch not later than 60 days from order date. We reserve the right to revise prices in case of severe exchange rate fluctuation / steep hike in raw material prices / changes in government levies / etc.
