PREFACE

Every study is incomplete without having a well concrete exposure, of the research. Management studies are not exception that scopes, of the project at this level are very wide ranging. Student of management are successfully processed and refined through

the mean of final report so that they may have a complete exposure to present scenario. This final report has been taken as a part of M.B.A. Degree Course. The purpose of the study is to use and apply our academic knowledge gained during the curriculum in getting valuable insight of corporate culture with all its attendants completes. I have done a lot of hard work despite of all my sincere efforts. This is possibility that there may be some areas which may remain uncovered in study. I once again think to all those who help one directly or indirectly in preparing my research.

Executive Summary
In the era of Globalization of market economy, high competition and uncertainty of rapidly changing environment the success of an Organization depends on the strategies adopted to improve the Customer perception of employees. A growing number of todays organizations recognized that Customer Perception is one of the most functions of marketing strategy to promote and maintain the customer faith and organization reputation. Customer perception refers to A marketing concept that encompasses a customer's impression, awareness and consciousness about company or its offerings. Customer perception is typically affected by advertising, reviews, public relations, social media, personal experiences and other channels of an organization. Customer perception is dynamic and it is very difficult to judge. Customer perception in is a function of management practices that are valued by Management. Customer perception programs when implemented lead to greater growth and development of the individual as a person as a productive employee of an Organization, develop trust between Customer and organization, attract the customer, and built a trust of customer towards the organization. This report has been formulated after the research and is based on the information given by the company; questionnaire filled by the existing customer of Videocon communication.
